【适应症】 高血压。
【用法用量】 成人1片/次，早餐后开水吞服，药片不应嚼碎，最好在餐中或餐后服用。特别需要缓慢降压的病人，可在开始时每天早饭后服半片，逐渐调整至合适剂量。如有必要，可用2周时间逐渐将剂量增加至每天2片(即早饭后服1片，晚饭后服1片，两剂相隔约12小时)。长期用药的患者不应多于每天2片。对于需要小剂量异搏定治疗的儿童或成人，可使用40 mg的速崩片剂。对于肝功能受损的病人，异搏定的作用由于药物在肝脏代谢受影响而加强或延长，其程度取决于肝脏疾病的严重性。在这些病例中，应以小剂量开始治疗并小心观察。
【禁忌】 心源性休克，急性心肌梗塞并发症，II或III度房室传导阻滞，窦房传导阻滞，病理性窦房结综合征，明显心力衰竭。
【不良反应】 便秘、头晕。偶见恶心，眩晕，头痛，低血压，踝关节水肿，潮红，乏力，神经过敏，红斑性肢痛病，感觉异常，心动过缓性心律不齐，充血性心力衰竭，呼吸困难。极少见肌肉疼痛，关节痛，过敏性皮肤反应，男子女性乳房，可逆性转氨酶和／或碱性磷酸酶升高，牙龈增生。
【注意事项】 I度房室传导阻滞、心动过缓、低血压、房颤／房扑和预激综合征患者及妊娠和哺乳期妇女慎用。可影响机械操作能力。
【药物相互作用】 β阻滞剂、抗心律失常药和吸入性麻醉药可增强本药的药效。可加强其它抗高血压药的效果。减弱锂的作用并增加其神经毒性。提高环孢毒素、茶碱、地高辛、氨甲酸氮卓的血浆水平。降低利福平、苯妥英和苯巴比妥的药效。加强肌松剂的药效。可能提高西米替丁的血浆水平。

How does Isoptin SR (Verapamil HCL) work:

Isoptin SR (Verapamil HCL) are used in the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension) and angina (chest pain). Isoptin SR tablets are also used to treat irregular heartbeats, also called arrhythmias. The letters SR in the name Isoptin SR stand for 'sustained release'. This means the medicine is released into the blood over an extended period of time, usually allowing the medicine to be taken only once a day.

Isoptin SR belong to a group of medicines called calcium channel blockers or calcium antagonists. They work by opening up blood vessels, which lets more blood and oxygen reach the heart and at the same time lowers high blood pressure. Isoptin tablets also help to control irregular heart beats.

Dosage & Administration:

Your doctor will tell you how many tablets you will need to take each day and when to take them. This depends on your condition and whether or not you are taking any other medicines. However, the usual dose of Isoptin SR is once daily or they may be taken twice daily.
