Radiesse微晶瓷注射
2008年7月卫生署核准了Radiesse--微晶瓷，主要用途为皮下填充剂，如隆鼻、颧骨、太阳穴、皱纹、法令纹、下巴、脸颊、缺陷凹痕等；但不可注射于眶骨膜、嘴唇或黏膜，易形成白色节结聚集。微晶瓷注入人体组织后，凝胶部分会先行被吸收，CaHA则逐渐形成一个纤维架构，与自己身体的组织结合长入，而得以支撑身体凹陷的部位。这种物质不会有移位走位（miagration）的问题；也就是说微晶瓷类似人体组织中的无机成分「生物软陶瓷」，可以刺激身体，产生新的胶原蛋白，补回已经流失的胶原质，且不易位移，临床有效期长达十二至十八个月以上。Radiesse微晶瓷也由于具有生物兼容性及生物可分解性，就安全及长远性而言，具有相当的保障。
适用族群
适用于想填补颧骨、法令纹、唇周皱纹、木偶纹，或是想从是鼻整形、缺陷凹痕、改变下额外型、垫下巴…等。

效果
将微晶瓷以注射的方式注入设定的目标位置，如鼻、颧骨、太阳穴、皱纹、法令纹、下巴、脸颊、缺陷凹痕等；但不可注射于眶骨膜、嘴唇或黏膜，易形成白色节结聚集。
·消除脸部皱纹(较深层)：唇周皱纹、法令纹、笑纹。
·嘴唇：包括唇型、下巴修饰。
·鼻子：包括鼻型增高、鼻型改造。
·脸颊：包括丰颊。
·填补凹洞：包括因痘痘引起的凹洞、痘疤。

治疗次数
视个人需求情况而定调整，疗程效果约可维持12~18个月

治疗过程
·先要与医师讨论及咨询需要施打的部位。 <,BR>·护理人员做术前、术后注意事项说明及签定同意书。
·拍照需施打的部位。
·进行施打前的清洁及消毒。
·需要涂抹麻醉药及用塑料膜压住，确保麻醉效果(除非对麻醉药过敏者免施打)。
·进行施打微晶瓷。
·休息5分钟(避免注射液会流泻到其它部位)
注射术后可能会产生暂时性的轻微发红、肿胀、搔痒现象；同时这些不适应的情况通常会在几天后消失。

注意事项
曾经隆过鼻者不宜接受填充物隆鼻；另外，严重过敏病史、自体免疫疾病的病患、蟹足肿体质、活动性感染或有急性皮肤病的部位、正在服用Aspirin或Warfarin药物者、18岁以下，以及怀孕及哺乳的女性也不适合。
·在于注射后24小时形状固定，期间避免接触注射区域
·术后若肿帐疼痛可短暂冰敷以减少疼痛感
·术后短时间之内不要作剧烈运动
·术后一切基础保养正常，2天内可轻捏塑型，但不可过于大力以免压迫血管
·术后三温暖、烤箱、蒸气间暂时不要去，直到回诊后

How does Restylane work?

Restylane adds volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds).
