Delsym (12小时减轻咳嗽缓释混悬液)

[特征]：咳嗽配方，用于由于轻微咽喉刺激和支气管刺激引起的咳嗽。右美沙芬 Polistirex 无麻醉剂，用于成年人和儿童。

[适应症]：暂时减轻由于感冒或吸入的刺激物出现时轻微的咽喉和支气管刺激引起的咳嗽。

[使用方法]：在使用前适当地摇动药瓶；剂量按下列或医嘱使用；
成年人和12岁和12岁以上的儿童：每12小时2茶匙，在24小时内不超过4茶匙
6到12岁以下的儿童：每12小时1茶匙24小时内不超过2茶匙
2到12岁以下的儿童：每12小时1/2茶匙，24小时内不超过1茶匙
2岁以下的儿童：向医师咨询
在15℃-30℃(59°-86°F)贮存
   
[活性成分]：每茶匙(5ml)：右美沙芬Polistirex(=30mg氢溴酸美沙芬)

[辅料]：乙醇(0.26%)，柠檬酸、乙基纤维素、FD&C Yellow#6，香料，高 果糖玉米糖浆，羟苯甲酸甲酯，聚乙烯乙二醇3350，聚山梨酸酯8，丙二醇，对羟基苯甲酸丙 酯，纯水，蔗糖，黄蓍胶，植物油，黄胞胶。

[药物相互作用注意注项]：
如果您正在服用处方的单胺氧化酶抑制剂(MAOI)(某些用于抑郁症，情感方面的精神病或 帕金森氏疾病的药物)，不要使用这种药品，或者在停止含有单胺氧化酶抑制剂药物2个星期 之后使用，如果您不能确定您的处方药物是否含有单胺氧化酶抑制剂，向健康专家咨询。

[警告]：
持久的咳嗽可能是病情严重的迹象，如果咳嗽持续超过1个星期，有复发的趋向，或伴有 发现，皮疹，或持续的头痛，向医生咨询，当因吸烟，气喘或肺气肿出现持续或慢性咳嗽时 ，不要服用这种药，或如果伴随有过多的粘液的咳嗽时，不要服用这种药，除非在医生的指 导下进行。
如果您是孕妇或在护理婴儿，在使用本药品之前，向健康专家进行咨询，要使这种药品和 所有药品不让儿童得到，在偶而服药过量的情况下，寻求专业人员的帮助，或立即与中毒控 制中心进行联系。

What you should know about Cough
Coughing helps clear mucus and other matter (inhaled irritants) from the throat and lungs.

Remember to help decrease the spread of germs by:

Covering your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough and always putting your used tissue in the waste basket when finished.
If you don't have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hands.
Always clean your hands after coughing or sneezing. It is best to wash with soap and water or use a hand sanitizer.
What makes you Cough
If you have a cold or respiratory infection, coughing expels mucus/phlegm that builds up in your lungs. These droplets may contain viruses or bacteria that can make others sick, so always cover your mouth when coughing and wash your hands frequently.

You don't have to be sick to cough. Dust, pollen, smoke, and strong odors all can trigger a cough. Even though you're probably not spreading germs, it's a good idea to cover your mouth anyway.

How to care for a Cough
if you have a serious, persistent cough, check with your health care provider. But if your cough is just starting or if it is mild and doesn't bother you too much, here's what you can do:

Drink lots of fluids
Get plenty of rest, even if you don't feel sick
Consider an over-the-counter medicine like Delsym® to relieve your cough.
Talk to your pharmacist or health care provider to find out which medicine is best for you.

Alcohol-free Cough Suppressant

Drug Facts:
Directions:
Shake well before use. Measure only with dosing cup provided. Do not use dosing cup with other products. Dose as follows or as directed by a doctor. mL - milliliter.

Age-Dose
Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 10 mL every 12 hours, not to exceed 20 mL in 24 hours.
Children 6 to under 12 years of age: 5 mL every 12 hours, not to exceed 10 mL in 24 hours.
Children 4 to under 6 years of age: 2.5 mL every 12 hours, not to exceed 5 mL in 24 hours.
Children under 4 years of age: do not use.
Active Ingredient (in each 5mL) - Purpose:
Dextromethorphan Polistirex equivalent to 30 mg Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide - Cough Suppressant.
Inactive Ingredients:
Citric Acid, Edetate Disodium, Ethylcellulose, FD&C Yellow No. 6, Flavor, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Methylparaben, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Soybean, Cottonseed), Polyethylene Glycol 3350, Polysorbate 80, Propylene Glycol, Propylparaben, Purified Water, Sucrose, Tragacanth, Xanthan Gum.
Uses:
Temporarily relieves:
cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation as may occur with the common cold or inhaled irritants
the impulse to cough to help you get to sleep
Warnings:
Do not use if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains and MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
Ask a doctor before use if you have:
chronic cough that lasts as occurs with smoking, asthma or emphysema
cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus)
Stop use and ask a doctor if cough lasts more than 7 days, cough comes back, or occurs with fever, rash or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Other Information:
Each 5mL contains: Sodium 7 mg. Store at 20-25 degrees Celsius (68-77 degrees Fahrenheit). Dosing cup provided.
