部份中文米拉贝隆处方资料（仅供参考） 米拉贝隆片 Myrbetriq(mirabegron) [美国商品名] Betanis Tablets (Mirabegron)[日本商品名] 【药品名称】米拉贝隆缓释片 【规    格】25mg；50mg 【剂    型】缓释片剂 【适 应 症】用于治疗膀胱过度活动症(OAB)。 【用法用量】剂量为25mg,每天一次，可随食或不随食服用。 【药理及作用机制】　 体外研究表明，米拉贝隆为β-3肾上腺素能受体的激动剂，米拉贝隆能激动β-3肾上腺素能受体，在储存期至排空期间松弛逼尿肌平滑肌，从而增加膀胱的容量，减少遗尿、尿急、尿频等症状，米拉贝隆对β-1和β-2受体显示非常低的内在活性，200mg米拉贝隆才能产生对β-1的刺激作用。 【上市及国内情况】　 上市情况：米拉贝隆，是由日本安斯泰来(Astel-las)制药公司研发的新型OAB治疗药，2011年9月16日在日本上市，商品名为Betanis，2012年6月获美国FDA批准上市，用于治疗成年人膀胱过度活动症(OAB)，商品名为Myrbetriq，上市规格为25mg和50mg。2013年1月，米拉贝隆获EC批准上市，商品名为Betmiga。目前，该品种没有在中国上市。 【疗效评价】 米拉贝隆是30年来FDA批准的首个以新机制治疗OAB的药物，一线药物抗胆碱能药物以毒蔁碱M3受体为靶点，对膀胱收缩力有影响，引起眼干，口干和排尿困难等副作用，耐受性较差，米拉贝隆是一种新的治疗OAB的药物，具有良好的疗效和耐受性，以β-3肾上腺素能受体为靶点，起效的同时，并不影响膀胱收缩力，特别适用于伴有膀胱逼尿肌*力的OAB患者。目前，已是被多个指南的*用药。 2012年6月28日，美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准Myrbetriq(mirabegron)治疗成年膀胱过度活动症，一种情况其中不能控制膀胱肌肉，太经常挤压或没有警告情况下挤出。 一种缓释片每天服用1次，Myrbetriq通过松弛膀胱肌肉改善膀胱贮存能力和膀胱过度活动症，即充满症状时包括需要太经常排尿(尿频)，需要立即排尿(尿急迫)，和尿液不自主泄露其结果需要立即排尿(紧急尿失禁)。 美国药物评价和研究中心药物评价III室主任Victoria Kusiak, M.D 说“估计美国有3千3百万患膀胱过度活动症(OAB)，是一种不舒适的，破坏和潜在严重的，”“今天的批准为有这种失能情况患者提供一种新治疗选择“。 在三项双盲，安慰剂-对照，多中心临床试验中证实Myrbetriq的安全性和疗效。总共4,116例膀胱过度活动症患者被随机赋予至服用Myrbetriq 剂量25mg，50mg或一种安慰剂每天1次共12周。 Myrbetriq™ (mir abegron) extended-release Tablets Mirabegron is used to treat the symptoms of an overactive bladder. It will help control incontinence (loss of bladder control), the need to urinate right away, and the need to urinate often. Mirabegron works on the muscles of the bladder to prevent them from causing incontinence. Drug Interactions This drug interacts with a number of other medicinal compounds. Consult your physician if you are concerned with any of the drugs on the list. Your doctor will determine how to proceed depending on the degree of interaction. Alert your doctor if you believe you are taking any medications listed under Major Interactions as these result in potentially life threatening side effects. Swallow the extended-release tablet whole and with water. Do not crush, break, or chew it. You may take this medicine with or without food. The dose of this medicine will be different for different patients. Follow your doctor's orders or the directions on the label. The following information includes only the average doses of this medicine. If your dose is different, do not change it unless your doctor tells you to do so. The amount of medicine that you take depends on the strength of the medicine. Also, the number of doses you take each day, the time allowed between doses, and the length of time you take the medicine depend on the medical problem for which you are using the medicine. •For oral dosage form (extended-release tablets): ◦To treat bladder problems: ■Adults—At first, 25 milligrams (mg) once a day. Your doctor may adjust your dose as needed. However, the dose is usually not more than 50 mg per day. ■Children—Use and dose must be determined by your doctor. If you miss a dose of this medicine, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double doses. Store the medicine in a closed container at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and direct light. Keep from freezing. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not keep outdated medicine or medicine no longer needed.
