药理作用
本品含铁元素(多糖铁复合物形式)150mg，对造血功能有很好的效果，可迅速提高血红素水平，无其它铁剂的不良反应和金属异味。
药动学
以分子形式被吸收，吸收率高于硫酸亚铁，不受胃酸减少、食物成分的影响，有极高的生物利用度，口服后0.5～1h起效，tmax2h，活性成分在血浆中存留时间为3～7h，本品主要经粪便排泄，一次服药后几小时内粪便中能检出活性成分，停药后2～3周则检测不到活性成分。
适应证
各种原因引起的缺铁性贫血。
禁忌证
血色素沉着症及含铁血黄素沉着症患者禁用。
注意事项
密闭，干燥处保存，有效期3年。
不良反应
本品不良反应轻微，耐受较好，无其他铁剂的副作用，如便秘、腹泻、恶心、胃部炎症等，口服后无金属感。
用法用量
口服：剂量应根据缺铁性贫血的严重程度决定。预防贫血，每天50mg即可满足需要；治疗用药，成人每天1粒(150mg)，6岁以上儿童每天100～150mg，6岁以下每天50mg。
贮藏：室温(15℃-30℃)贮存

国内报道，应用本品治疗54例缺铁性贫血(每日2次，每次150mg)，与硫酸亚铁28例(每日3次，每次0.3g)进行对照，治疗4～8周。结果表明，治疗组的总有效率为90.7%，高于对照组，其红细胞计数、血红蛋白、血球压积、血清铁、血清铁饱和度及转铁蛋白均明显提高(P＜0.05)，且未见副反应。

What is Niferex?
Niferex is an iron supplement to treat or prevent iron deficiency.
What is the most important information I should know about Niferex?
Keep out of reach of children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children <6 years old.
In case of accidental overdose, call your doctor or a poison control center immediately.
Niferex may cause black stools, constipation, or diarrhea, which is usually transient and self-limiting.
Who should not take Niferex?
People with hemochromatosis or a family history of this condition should speak with their doctor before taking iron supplements.
What should I tell my doctor before I take the first dose of Niferex?
Tell your doctor about all prescription, over-the-counter, and herbal medications you are taking before beginning treatment with Niferex. Also, talk to your doctor about your complete medical history, including a history of hemochromatosis.
What is the usual dosage?
