【适应症】
①缓解类风湿关节炎、骨关节炎。脊柱关节病、痛风性关节炎、风湿性关节炎等各种慢性关节炎的急性发作期或持续性的关节肿痛症状；
②各种软组织风湿性疼痛，如肩痛、腱鞘炎、滑囊炎肌痛及运动后损伤性疼痛等；
③急性的轻、中度疼痛如：手术、创伤、劳损后等的疼痛，原发性痛经，牙痛，头痛等。 
【用法用量】
口服：本品须整粒吞服，勿嚼碎。一次1粒，一日1次，或遵医嘱。 
【不良反应】
（1）胃肠道反应：为最常见的不良反应，主要为胃不适、腹痛、烧灼感、反酸、纳差、便泌恶心等，其中少数患者可出现溃疡、出血、穿孔。
（2）神经系统表现有头痛、眩晕、嗜睡、兴奋等。
（3）可引起浮肿、少尿，电解质紊乱等严重不良反应。
（4）其他少见的有血清转氨酶一过性升高，极个别患者出现黄疸、皮疹、心律失常、粒细胞减少、血小板减少等。
【禁 忌】对本品过敏者禁用.对本品、阿斯匹林或其他非甾体抗炎药可引起哮喘、荨麻疹或其它变态反应的患者禁用.  
【注意事项】
（1）交叉过敏：对阿司匹林或其他非甾体抗炎药过敏者对本品可有交叉过敏反应，对阿司匹林过敏的哮喘患者，本品也可引起支气管痉挛。
（2）有肝、肾功能损害或溃疡病史者慎用。用药期间应常规随访检查肝肾功能。
（3）本品因含钠，对限制钠盐摄入量的病人应慎用。
（4）对诊断的干扰：本品可致血清转氨酶一过性升高，血清尿酸含量下降，尿酸含量升高。 
【孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药】本品可通过胎盘。动物试验对胎鼠有毒性，但不致畸。孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。 
【儿童用药】
14岁以下儿童不推荐使用本品。 
【老年用药】
本品可致或加重老年人胃肠道出血、胃溃疡和穿孔，慎用。
Diclo - NSAIDs, a derivative of phenylacetic acid, Diclo has a pronounced anti-inflammatory, analgesic and mild antipyretic effect.
The mechanism of action is associated with inhibition of COX activity - the main enzyme metabolism of arachidonic acid, which is a precursor of prostaglandins, which play a major role in the pathogenesis of inflammation, pain and fever.
Analgesic effect is due to two mechanisms: peripheral (indirectly, through suppression of prostaglandin synthesis) and central (due to inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central and peripheral nervous system). Inhibits synthesis of proteoglycan in cartilage. In rheumatic diseases, Diclo reduces joint pain at rest and in motion, as well as morning stiffness and swelling of the joints, helps to increase range of motion; reduces post-traumatic and postoperative pain, and inflammatory edema. Inhibits platelet aggregation.
With prolonged use has a desensitizing effect. When used topically in ophthalmology reduces swelling and pain in inflammatory processes non-infectious etiology. Diclo (marketed as Voltaren and under a number of other trade names, see below) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) taken to reduce inflammation and as an analgesic reducing pain in conditions such as arthritis or acute injury.
It can also be used to reduce menstrual pain, dysmenorrhea.
The name is derived from its chemical name: 2-(2,6-dichloranilino)phenylacetic acid. In the United Kingdom, India, and the United States, it may be supplied as either the sodium or potassium salt, in China most often as the sodium salt, while in some other countries only as the potassium salt. Diclo is available as a generic drug in a number of formulations. Over the counter (OTC) use is approved in some countries for minor aches and pains and fever associated with common infections. Diclo helps relieve pain and inflammation.
