性状：
异山梨醇一硝酸酯的白色的晶体或结晶粉末，以黄白色，或者没有气味，或稍有硝酸的气味等等。异山梨醇一硝酸酯的水，乙酸（100），甲醇，乙醇（95），易溶于丙酮或乙酸乙酯，微溶于乙醚或氯仿，和微溶于甲苯，并在己烷中几乎不溶。
药理作用
本药属新一代长效硝酸酯类抗心绞痛药，作用机制与硝酸甘油相同，但作用时间较长。通过释放氧化氮(NO)刺激鸟苷酸环化酶，使环一磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)增加、血管扩张。
1.主要扩张周围静脉。使血液贮集于外周，减少回心血量，降低左心室舒张末压和舒张期冠脉血流阻力。
2.扩张周围小动脉，使外周阻力和血压下降，减少心肌耗氧量。
3.扩张冠状小动脉，使心肌缺血区血流重新分布，缓解心绞痛。其扩张动、静脉血管的作用可减轻心脏前、后负荷而用于抗心力衰竭。
适应证
用于冠状粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛的预防和治疗，心肌梗死伴有持久性心绞痛的后期治疗，肺动脉高压，严重的心肌损害；与强心苷和或利尿药联合应用治疗慢性心功能不全。
用法用量
一次20mg-40mg，一日2次，或遵医嘱。
禁忌证
1.对有机硝酸酯类药过敏者。
2.青光眼。

Effects of this medicine
