其他名称 DTPA-Zn-Na3、新促排灵。
药理作用本品与促排灵(喷替酸)相同，本品能与大多数金属络合成为稳定而可溶的无毒络合物。络合能力较强，能加速体内钴、铬、铅、锌、铁、锰等排出，也能加速放射性元素钚、钇、镉、铈、钍、锶、钪、镅、镧、铀等的排出，口服不易吸收，注射后2小时自尿中排出40％，34小时几乎完全排出。
临床应用用于铅、铁、钻、锌、铬等重金属中毒和加速放射性元素的体内排出。
但长期使用促排灵，可使体内Zn2+排空。将促排灵中Ca2+改为Zn2+，毒性明显降低。故本品优于促排灵。
禁忌症
(1)孕妇禁用。
(2)肝、肾功能不全者禁用。
不良反应除个别患者出现乏力、食欲减退和注射部位疼痛外，无其他副作用。
制剂规格注射剂0.5g。
注意事项肌注局部疼痛。

When This Medicine Should Not Be Used:
Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, there is no reason why you should not receive this medicine.
How to Use This Medicine:
Liquid
•You will use this medicine with an inhaler device called a nebulizer. The nebulizer turns the medicine into a fine mist that you breathe in through your mouth and to your lungs. Your caregiver will show you how to use your nebulizer.
•Drink extra fluids so you will pass more urine while you are using this medicine. This will prevent the exposure of your bladder from the risks of radiation.
•Your doctor may want you to take mineral supplements while you are receiving this medicine.
Drugs and Foods to Avoid:
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before using any other medicine, including over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products.
Warnings While Using This Medicine:
•Make sure your doctor knows if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
•Make sure your doctor knows if you have asthma or kidney disease.
•While you are receiving this medicine, fluids from your body may contain radioactive material that can be harmful to others. Body fluids include urine, breast milk, mucus (phlegm from coughing), and stools. Talk with your doctor about the precautions you need to take to protect yourself and others.
•Your doctor will need to check your blood, stools, or urine while you are receiving this medicine and possibly for several weeks afterward. Be sure to keep all appointments.
Possible Side Effects While Using This Medicine:
Call your doctor right away if you notice any of these side effects:
•Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing.
•Chest pain.
If you notice these less serious side effects, talk with your doctor:
•Headache.
•Lightheadedness.
•Pain in your lower stomach or pelvis.
