药理作用
本品为合成局部外用的皮质激素类药物，能抑制由机械、化学或免疫特性等刺激因子所致的炎症。一般认为糖皮质类固醇是通过诱导磷酸酯酶A2的抑制蛋白而起作用。这些抑制蛋白是通过抑制炎症介质如前列腺素和白三烯的共同前体花生四烯酸的释放，进而控制炎症介质的生物合成，局部抗炎作用为氢化可的松的40倍。
药动学
适应证
临床主要用于治疗各种可用皮质激素治疗的过敏性或炎性眼病及皮肤病。以及PRK术后的抗炎治疗。
禁忌证
禁用于急性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎、眼组织的真菌感染、接种牛痘及水痘病毒感染、大多数其他病毒性角膜和结膜感染、眼结核及对本品过敏者。
注意事项
1.有单纯疱疹病毒感染病史者，慎用糖皮质激素。
2.长期使用肾上腺糖皮质激素及其衍生物可导致眼压升高，甚至诱发青光眼、白内障以及继发的眼组织真菌和病毒感染。
3.眼局部长期使用糖皮质激素还可能导致角膜和巩膜变薄，所以在眼球壁较薄的病人使用时，可能引起眼球穿孔。
4.未行抗菌治疗的眼部急性化脓性感染用糖皮质激素可能掩盖病情或使病情恶化。
5. 2岁或以下儿童应用的安全性和有效性尚未证实。
6.孕妇局部使用糖皮质激素的安全性尚未建立。
7.长期眼局部使用糖皮质激素可能导致真菌感染，特别是角膜有溃疡者。
8.治疗期间，应常测眼压。
不良反应
本品长期使用可引起眼压升高、激素性青光眼，偶致视神经损害、激素性白内障、继发性眼部感染、眼球穿孔和延缓伤口愈合。
用法用量
滴眼：2～4次/d，每次1～2滴，滴于结膜囊内。治疗开始的24～48h可酌情增加至每小时2滴，注意应逐步减量停药，使用前摇匀。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine suppresses inflammation by inhibiting arachidonic acid production in the inflammation reaction process.
It is usually used for reduction of eye inflammation such as blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis, and after eye surgery.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: corneal epithelial abrasion, corneal ulcer, viral conjunctival/corneal disease, or eye disease caused by tuberculosis, fungus or suppuration.
If you wear contact lenses.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
Shake the bottle well each time using the medicine. In general, apply 1 to 2 drops at a time, 2 to 4 times daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age/symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
Before using, wash your hands with soap and water. Then shake the bottle well and open the cap. Apply the medicine not to touch the tip of eye dropper to any surface of your eye. After instilling, close your eyes and do not blink for a while. Wipe off any excess liquid with a clean gauze or tissue. If you need to use other eye drops at the same time, wait more than 5 minutes.
If you miss a dose, apply a dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should not use two doses at one time.
If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include stinging and bloodshot eyes. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
(continued use) eye pain, headache, vision disorder [glaucoma]
eye pain, tearing, vision disorder [corneal herpes, keratomycosis, pseudomonas infection, penetration of the cornea]
(long-term use) vision disorder [posterior subcapsular cataract]

Storage conditions and other information
Keep out of the reach of children. Store at room temperature (1-30℃), away from direct sunlight.
Store the bottle in an upright position, as the even distribution of the powder in the medicine may decrease if kept in a horizontal position.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
To avoid improper use and quality loss, do not transfer this solution to any other bottle or container.
Do not use any other solution in this bottle.
