目的:观察哌甲酯联合多动宁胶囊治疗注意缺陷综合征的疗效。方法120例注意缺陷综合征患儿随机分为哌甲酯组(西药组),多动宁胶囊组(中药组),哌甲酯联合多动宁胶囊(综合组)各40例,治疗12周。用多动指数量表、父母症状问卷、临床总体印象量表、副反应量表,于治疗前后评定。结果三组总有效率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。但三组的显效率比较差异有显著性(2=9.28,P<0.01),其中综合组80.0%,中药组45.0%,西药组47.5%。三组多动指数总分,行为总分较治疗前均明显降低,语文及数学成绩明显提高(P<0.05),而综合组的改善程度较西药组、中药组显著(P<0.05)。综合组及中药组还能显著改善患儿软神经体征及异常脑电图,副反应明显低于西药组(P<0.01)。结论哌甲酯联合多动宁胶囊治疗注意缺陷综合征,其疗效优于单纯用哌甲酯或多动宁胶囊。

注意缺陷综合征是儿童常见的行为问题,国内有报告患病率为7.25%[1]。目前对于注意缺陷综合征的治疗,中西医各有局限性,采用中西药合用,互相取长补短,是今后治疗该病的一种趋势。为此,我们用哌甲酯与多动宁胶囊联合治疗注意缺陷综合征,疗效满意,现报告如下。对象与方法一、对象
ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect of methyphenidate combined duodongning capsule in treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Methods120 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) were randomly divided into three groups:the methyphenidate group, the duodongning capsule group and the combined treatment group, 40 in each group. They were treated with methyphenidate alone, duodongning capsule alone, and combined methyphenidate and duodongning capsule respectively for 12 weeks. The effect was assessed by Conners' questionnaire for hyperkinetic scoring, Achenbach's questionnaire for behavior estimation, Clinical General Image questionnaire (CGI) and TESS questionnaire before and after treatment. ResultsThe difference of the total effective rate of in three groups was insignificant (P>0.05). However, the difference of the markedly effective rate between the combined treatment group and the methyphenidate group was significant ( 2=9.28,P<0.01), among which, the markedly effective rate of the combined treatment group was 80%, the duodongning capsule group was 45% and the methyphenidate group was 47.5%. The score of hyperkinetic and behavior decreased obviously, achievements of Chinese and mathematics improved obviously after treatment(P<0.05), and the improvements in the combined group was significant higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.01).Moreover,the soft nerve signs and abnormal encephalogram were significantly improved in the combined group and the duodongning capsule group,and the side-effect occurred in the two groups was less than that in the methyphenidate group(P<0.01). ConclusionThe curative effect of methyphenidate combined duodongning capsule was better than that of methyphenidate alone or duodongning capsule alone.
