用法用量：
口服，治疗帕金森病单独使用本品时，每次50mg，每日3 次；
与左旋多巴合用时，每次50mg，每日1～2 次。
其他用途时，每次50mg，每日1 次。
药理与用途：
多巴胺受体激动剂，作用于黑质纹状体系统突触后膜的D2 受体和中脑皮质、大脑边缘叶的Dl、D2 受体。临床主要用于帕金森病的辅助治疗。也可用于改善老年患者的智能缺陷所致的某些症状及视网膜血栓性疾病的辅助治疗。
不良反应：
消化道症状包括恶心，呕吐，腹胀；少数病人可出现低血压和嗜睡。
注意事项：
急性心肌梗死和循环衰竭的患者禁用。
