【中文名称】复方七叶皂苷凝胶
【英文名称】 Compound Aescin Gel
【功效主治】 挫伤、扭伤、拉伤、血肿、腱鞘炎、脊椎疼痛征候群(颈椎征候群、腰痛、坐骨神经痛)。
【化学成分】本品为复方制剂，其组分为：七叶皂苷、水杨酸二乙胺。聚丙烯酸、聚乙二醇-6辛（癸）酸甘油酯，依地酸钠、氨基丁三醇，2-丙醇、芳香剂。
【药理作用】七叶皂苷的作用部位为血管壁。炎症反应时，渗透性增加，七叶皂苷减少外渗的体液使其流入组织周围，起到抑制渗出的作用，并且它还能促进水肿的再吸收，作用机制是改变所涉及的毛细血管的渗透性，七叶皂苷还能增强毛细血管的阻力，抑制炎症过程和改善微循环。
水杨酸乙二胺(DEAS)有明显的止痛效果，它容易透过皮肤，在疾患部位的深处发挥止痛作用。另外，DEAS的抗炎作用，可加强七叶皂苷的抗炎效果，由此起到对抗病因的作用。用安慰剂作对照，采用双盲法，用引起血肿(注射血肿物)的实验模型，对随机三个组的个人进行药理学研究，该研究证实利百素凝胶有缓解触痛和促进血肿吸收作用。
在初始治疗的24小时以及随后的整个19天，与安慰剂和单独用七叶皂苷或DEAS比较，利百素凝胶能明显降低触痛的程度，而两种物质(七叶皂苷和DEAS)的单独作用又明显好于安慰剂，用相同的模型与参与制剂双氯芬酸和安慰剂比较，两种活性成分都有明显的优势;利百素凝胶与双氯芬酸比较，利百素凝胶占优势。
【药物相互作用】 尚不明确。
【不良反应】 皮肤过敏反应可偶见。用药期间，一旦发生不良反应，请及时通告您的医生或药师。
【禁忌症】 利百素凝胶不能用于皮肤破裂作处，粘膜表面或放射治疗的放射野。
【产品规格】20g/支
【用法用量】除非有特别需要，通常涂一薄层凝胶于患处，每日一次或多次。虽可加以轻轻按摩，但不按摩亦能渗入皮肤。治疗期限：本品可以较长期应用，至症状消失为止。
【贮藏方法】在30℃以下干燥处保存。有效期：5年，超过药品有效期，请勿再使用。
【注意事项】 请将药品置于儿童取不到的地方。
Indications:
Reparil gastro-resistant tablets can be used in venous disease (venous insufficiency, phlebitis, trophic disorders of venous origin), to run against and haemorrhoidal by localized edema of traumatic origin.
The duration of treatment should not exceed 3 months without re-evaluation of symptoms.
Composition:
Aescine 20 mg.
Magnes. stearas - polyvidone. - Lactosum - Sucrose - talcum - Titandioxyd. (E171) - ACAC. gum. - Colloid anhyd. Silica - Poly (ethyl acrylate, methacrylic acid.) - Macrogol 8000 - Sodium hydroxide. - Carmellos. sodium - Triethyl citrate - Simethicone emulsion. - Cera alba - Cera Carnauba.
Posology:
The gastro-resistant tablets during or just after a meal.
Adults: to acute complaints is the initial treatment 2 Gastro-Resistant Tablets 3 times daily and this dose may be reduced depending on the clinical evolution.
Prolonged symptoms may start to be 1 Gastro-Resistant Tablet 3 times daily.
Children: between 7 and 14 years: the maximum dosage is 2 to 3 times daily 1 Gastro-Resistant Tablet.
to children younger than 7 years, no Reparil Gastro-Resistant Tablet data.
The symptomagologie states the duration of treatment varies according to the indication. A treatment 1 to 2 weeks to several months.

Contra-Indications:
Renal already existing renal lesions and during pregnancy.
Hypersensitivity to any component.
Special precautions:
Drug treatment of venous disorders does traditional measures such as not, swaddle, wandelen.enz.
Pregnancy and lactation:
Reparil gastro-resistant tablets are contraindicated during pregnancy.
Lactation: using Reparil Gastro-Resistant Tablets should be avoided.
Undesirable effects:
Rare, and this at the beginning of the treatment gastralgieën, nausea and diarrhea sometimes occur. These adverse effects may lead to reducing the dosage or even discontinuation of treatment.
Overdose:
There were no cases of overdose described. In case of overdose, in the absence of specific measures, the treatment will be symptomatic.
Interactions:
Aescine increases the effect of oral anti-coagulantia and the association will only under strict control of the coagulation event. Aescine may increase the nephrotoxicity of aminoglycosides. The cephalosporins increase the free serum fraction of aescine.
