【药 理】
是一种新型的纤维酸类降脂新药，主要作用为：
①竞争性地抑制胆固醇合成酶系中限速酶-- 甲基羟戊二酰辅酶A还原酶，使胆固醇合成减少。
②增加肝细胞表面低密度脂蛋白受体数目，使肝脏对低密度脂蛋白清除增加。
③增加血液中脂蛋白酯酶和卵磷脂-胆固醇酰基转移酶活性，使极低密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白清除增加。
④使高密度脂蛋白和载脂蛋白A-1含量增加，增加胆固醇的转运和清除。
药动学
口服吸收好，1次口服后4～6h血浆浓度达峰值，半减期为10h。本品主要分布在血液和肝、肾、肺等脏器。本品可通过胎盘屏障，并可出现在乳汁内，本品主要通过肠道排泄。
【适应症】
对各种类型的高脂血症均有效，可降低血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、极低密度脂蛋白和载脂蛋白B浓度，升高高密度脂蛋白和载脂蛋白A浓度，既可作为第一线降脂药物，又可用于其他降脂药物疗效不佳时。疗程越长、原来血脂水平越高者，降脂效果越佳。本品尚可延迟动脉粥样硬化病变的进展，减少冠心病危险因素。
【用法用量】
口服，每次200mg，每日3次。
对血脂轻度上升者，先用作用轻微、副作用小的药物，如无效时再用本品治疗。
用药前先查肝功能，以后每2周复查1次，如发现转氨酶上升，应停药。
[剂型与规格]
片剂：200mg/片。
【禁用慎用】
禁用于妊娠、哺乳期妇女。小儿、肝肾功能障碍者慎用。
【给药说明】
本品使用前须经检查确诊为高脂血症者方可服用，应预先进行饮食疗法，并充分考虑运动疗法。治疗时定期检查血脂，若服用后无变化者应停药。
用药前先查肝功能，以后每2周复查1次，如发现转氨酶上升，应停药。
与抗凝药并用需慎重给药，仔细观察。大鼠长期给药100mg/kg(临床用量的10倍)，乳腺良性肿瘤的发生率较对照动物为高。
【不良反应】
较少，偶见乏力、头痛、皮疹、出汗、口角炎、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、腹胀、上腹疼痛、食欲不振、便秘、血清转氨酶和肌酸磷酸激酶上升，一般不影响继续用药。
(1)肝脏：SGOT、SGPT偶尔上升。
(2)肌肉：偶见肌磷酸激酶(CPK)上升。
(3)中枢神经系统：偶见乏力、倦怠，罕见头痛、头重。
(4)皮肤：偶见皮疹，罕见发红、脱毛，应停药；罕见出汗、口角炎、头部秕糠疹出现。
(5)胃肠道：偶见恶心、呕吐、腹泻、上腹痛、食欲不振、腹胀，罕见便秘。
试用于9111例患者，其中有264例(2.9％)发生不良反应。主要有恶心、呕吐、腹泻、腹痛等消化道症状191人次(2.1％)，皮疹等皮肤症状69人次(0.1％)，SGOT、SGPT、CPK异常45人次(0.5％)。
【相互作用】
可与考来替泊合用以增加疗效和减少副作用，如与抗凝剂合用时要减少抗凝剂剂量，并根据凝血酶原时间调整用药剂量。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine inhibits the synthesis of neutral fat/cholesterol in the liver and improves metabolic turnover of blood cholesterol in order to decrease neutral fat/cholesterol in the blood.
It is usually used to treat hyperlipidemia.
Before using this medicine, tell your doctor/pharmacist
•If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are using any other prescription or nonprescription (OTC) medicine. (It is important to reduce the risk of drug interactions.)
Dosage regimen (proper use of this medicine)
•Your dosage regimen is:(order of your doctor)
•General dosage regimen: For adults, take 1 tablet (200mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
•Missed dose: If you are ordered to take this medicine on regular schedule and you missed a dose, take as soon as possible. Wait at least 4 hours until the next dose. DO NOT take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
•Overdose: If you took too much of this medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.
•Others: Do not stop taking this medicine without the instructions of your doctor.
Precautions while using this medicine
•Follow your doctor's instruction on diets, exercises and reminders in your daily life.
Side effects of this medicine
Common side effects are reported as below. If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: rash, nausea, vomiting, stomachache, diarrhea, itch, redness, erythema, hives, eczema, loss of hair.
In rare cases, symptoms described below may be the sign of side effects indicated in brackets [ ]. If they occur, stop taking your medicine and check with your doctor immediately.
•Pain in the limb muscle, stiffness, numbness[rhabdomyolysis]
Other side effects not listed here may occur. Check with your doctor/pharmacist if you have any worrisome symptom.
Storage and other information
•Keep out the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
•Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
