Alli 60mg Orlistat 120 Capsules
alli works by preventing some of the body’s absorption of dietary fat. Taken at meal times, it works by blocking the absorption of about 25% of fat in the foods you eat. Due to the way it works, alli must be used along with a low-fat, reduced calorie diet containing about 15 grams of fat per meal.
Some weight-loss drugs and supplements that are systemically absorbed can be associated with CNS side effects (e.g., seizure, stroke and anxiety) or systemic side effects (e.g., heart palpitations, elevated blood pressure and heart problems). Alli works in the gut; it is nonsystemically acting, meaning it does not affect the central nervous system (CNS) and has no effect on the heart or the brain. Alli is not associated with these side effects, and its safety and efficacy are well established.
Normally, enzymes in your intestines break down fat from food so your body can absorb the fat. However, the active ingredient in Alli latches on to some of these enzymes and stops them from digesting, about a quarter of the fat you eat. Since undigested fat cannot be absorbed, it passes out of your body rather than turning into calories.
The mealtime dosing schedule (one hour before, during, or one hour after a meal) makes it easier to remember alli capsules. To help remind you, we suggest making alli a part of your pre-meal routine. Once alli and the routine have been paired several times, the association will become automatic. If a dose is missed, alli can be taken up to one hour after a meal and still be effective.
For overweight adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule with each meal containing fat
Do not take more than 3 capsules daily

When using this product Take a multivitamin once a day, at bedtime. Orlistat can reduce the absorption of some vitamins. Follow a well-balanced, reduced-calorie, low-fat diet. Try starting this diet before taking orlistat. Orlistat works by preventing the absorption of some of the fat you eat. The fat passes out of your body, so you may have bowel changes. You may get: - Gas with oily spotting - Loose stools - More frequent stools that may be hard to control Eating a low-fat diet lowers the chance of having these bowel changes For every 5 pounds you lose from diet alone, orlistat can help you lose 2-3 pounds more. In studies, most people lost 5-10 pounds over 6 months.
