药品信息:
药理作用：干扰能在细胞表面与特殊受体结合而发挥其细胞活性。它一旦与细胞膜结合后，就能在细胞间产生一连串复杂的结果，包括阻止受病毒感染细胞中病毒的复制，抑制细胞增殖，这种免疫调节活性亦可增强巨噬细胞的吞噬活性、增强淋巴细胞对靶细胞的特殊细胞毒性。
适应症：
1.多发性骨髓瘤、卡波济氏肉瘤、恶性黑色素瘤、毛细胞白血病、喉乳头状瘤。
2.非霍奇金淋巴瘤、肾癌、膀胱癌。
3.慢性活动性乙型肝炎。
用法用量：
1.多发性骨髓瘤 每周皮下注射本品3次(隔日注射)，开始剂量为200万IU/m2，根据耐受性，剂量可每周逐步增至最大耐受剂量500万～1000万IU/m2，每周注射3次。除出现严重不良反应外，应继续用药。
2.卡波济氏肉瘤 建议剂量为每日1次以30分钟静滴500～1000万IU/m2，连续5天用药，停药至少9天后进行第二个5天疗程。除出现严重不良反应外，治疗方案应继续进行。
3.恶性黑色素瘤 建议剂量为每周3次(隔日)皮下注射1000万IU/m2，用药剂量可根据病人对药物耐受情况作调整，缓解的中位时间约2个月。除出现严重不良反应外，此方案应继续采用。
4.毛细胞白血病 建议剂量为每周3次(隔日)皮下注射200万IU/m2，用药剂量根据病人对药物耐受性作调整。于治疗1个月内即有一项或多项血液学指标开始恢复正常，但可能需要6个月或更长时间才可全获改善。
5.喉乳头状瘤 建议剂量为每周3次(隔日)皮下注射300万IU/m2，在用外科(激光)手术切除瘤组织后开始用药，剂量根据病人对药物耐受性调整。
6.非霍奇金淋巴瘤、肾癌、膀胱癌用法参考IF-α。
7.慢性活动性乙型肝炎
推荐剂量为每周1000万-3500万IU，可隔日或每日皮下注射，即每日剂量为200万-500万IU或隔日剂量为1000万IU。
稀释法：皮下注射，用1 ml注射用水溶解后使用；静脉滴注，按上法溶解后，抽取药液加入50ml生理盐水中静滴，时间为30分钟。
不良反应：常见有发热和疲劳，症状是可逆的，与剂量有关。主要不良反应与IF-α相似。但本品治疗的病人应保持适度的水分，因用药中或结束后2天可能会出现低血压，故液体补充是必要的。
注意事项：
1.原患心脏病、心肌梗死或晚期癌症患者慎用，用药前或用药中应作心电图检查。
2.本品大剂量用药偶尔导致癫痫样发作。
3.宜与安眠药或镇静药合用。
4.本品应置2-8℃处保存。
Roferon A (Interferon alfa-2a) is a protein. Interferons are released in the body in response to viral infections. They are important for fighting viruses in the body, regulating reproduction of cells, and regulating the immune system.

Therapeutic actions:
Roferon A (Interferon alfa-2a) is an immunomodulator. Exactly how Roferon-A works is not known. It may work directly against tumor cells and viruses, and help the immune system fight them.
What is it used for?:
Interferon alfa-2a is used to treat chronic hepatitis C, hairy cell leukemia, AIDS-related Kaposiis sarcoma, and some types of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML).
Contraindications and cautions:
• allergy to any ingredient in Roferon-A or to other alpha interferons;
• allergy to any product made from Escherichia coli (E. coli);
• certain liver problems (eg, autoimmune hepatitis, liver decompensation).
Side effects:
Common side effects: anxiety; bone pain; trouble sleeping; coughing; diarrhea; dizziness; dry mouth, throat, or skin; hair loss; headache; mild flu-like symptoms (eg, fever, chills, joint and muscle pain); loss of appetite; nausea; pain, swelling, or redness at the site of injection; stomach pain; increased sweating; taste changes; tiredness or weakness; irritability;vomiting.
Severe side effects:
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue; unusual hoarseness); chest pain; behavior changes; bloody or black, tarry stools; bloody vomit; vision loss or other vision problems; confusion; severe or persistent stomach pain; fast or irregular heartbeat; heart attack symptoms (eg, chest, shoulder, jaw, or neck pain; numbness of an arm or leg; severe stomach pain, dizziness, or vomiting); mental or mood changes (eg, depression, severe or persistent irritability or anxiety); numbness or tingling; pale, blue, or very cold fingers or toes; seizures; severe or persistent fever, chills, coughing, or sore throat; dark urine; severe or persistent joint and muscle pain; change in amount of urine produced; severe or persistent tiredness or weakness; shortness of breath; suicidal thoughts or attempts; trouble concentrating or thinking; fainting; unexplained weight gain; unusual bleeding or bruising; memory problems; yellowing of the eyes or skin.
Interactions:
Interferon alfa-2a may increase theophylline levels in the body, which could become dangerous
