【性状】: 盐酸特比萘芬喷雾剂为无色澄明液体。
【适用症】盐酸特比萘芬喷雾剂用于治疗敏感真菌所致的手癣、足癣、体癣、股癣及花纹斑癣等。
【注意事项】
1. 仅供外用，避免误入眼内。应放在儿童不能触及处。
2. 使用过程中如出现不良反应症状，应停止用药。
3. 疗程一般不超过4周。
【用法与用量】外用，喷于患处，一日2~3次，疗程1~2周或遵医嘱。
【禁忌症】对特比萘芬或盐酸特比萘芬喷雾剂中任何成分过敏者禁用。
【孕妇、哺乳期妇女用药注意事项】动物研究显示盐酸特比萘芬喷雾剂对胎儿无任何不良影响，但在孕妇中尚未经过对照试验验证，所以孕妇不推荐使用，除非利远大于弊。盐酸特比萘芬喷雾剂可从乳汁中排出。虽然量很少，但使用盐酸特比萘芬喷雾剂的妇女应停止给婴儿哺乳。
【不良反应】皮肤局部轻度烧灼感、瘙痒感等刺激症状或局部皮肤干燥。一般不影响治疗。
【药物相互作用】尚不明确。
【药理】盐酸特比萘芬为丙烯胺类广谱抗真菌药物。能特异性地干扰真菌固醇的早期生物合成，选择性地抑制真菌的角鲨烯环氧化酶的活性，使真菌细胞膜形成过程中角鲨烯环氧化反应受阻，角鲨烯在细胞中蓄积，从而达到杀灭或抑制真菌的作用。
【药物代谢动力学】局部涂抹后，被吸收的药量不超过用药量的5%，故全身血药浓度极低，盐酸特比萘芬喷雾剂生物转化后的代谢物无抗真菌作用，主要经尿液和粪便排出体外，消除半衰期为17小时，无体内蓄积现象。
