福莫特罗AEROLIZER的适应症为:

What is Formoterol inhalation solution?
FORMOTEROL is a slow-acting bronchodilator. It helps keep open the airways in your lungs to make it easier to breathe. This medicine is used to treat COPD.
What should I tell my health care provider before I take this medicine?
They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
• diabetes
• heart disease or irregular heartbeat
• high blood pressure
• liver disease
• pheochromocytoma
• seizures
• thyroid disease
• an unusual or allergic reaction to formoterol, other medicines, food, dyes, or preservatives
• pregnant or trying to get pregnant
• breast-feeding
How should this medicine be used?
This medicine is used in a nebulizer. Nebulizers make a liquid into an aerosol that you breathe in through your mouth or your mouth and nose into your lungs. You will be taught how to use your nebulizer. Follow the directions on your prescription label. Do not use more often than directed.
You will get an information sheet with each prescription and refill. Read this sheet carefully each time. This sheet may change.
Talk to your pediatrician regarding the use of this medicine in children. Special care may be needed.
What drug(s) may interact with Formoterol?
• anti-infectives like chloroquine and pentamidine
• caffeine
• cisapride
• diuretics
• medicines for colds
• medicines for depression or emotional or psychotic conditions
• medicines for weight loss including some herbal products
• methadone
• some antibiotics like clarithromycin, erythromycin, levofloxacin, and linezolid
• some heart medicines
• steroid hormones like dexamethasone, cortisone, hydrocortisone
• theophylline
• thyroid hormones
Tell your prescriber or health care professional about all other medicines you are taking, including non-prescription medicines, nutritional supplements, or herbal products. Also tell your prescriber or health care professional if you are a frequent user of drinks with caffeine or alcohol, if you smoke, or if you use illegal drugs. These may affect the way your medicine works. Check with your health care professional before stopping or starting any of your medicines.
What should I watch for while taking Formoterol?
Visit your doctor for regular check ups. Tell your doctor or health care professional if your symptoms do not get better. If your symptoms get worse or if you need your short-acting inhalers more often, call your doctor right away. Do not use this medicine more than every 12 hours. NEVER use this medicine for an acute breathing attack.
If you are going to have surgery tell your doctor or health care professional that you are using this medicine.
What side effects may I notice from receiving Formoterol?
Side effects that you should report to your prescriber or health care professional as soon as possible:
• allergic reactions such as skin rash or itching, hives, swelling of the face, lips or tongue
• breathing problems
• chest pain
• fast, irregular heartbeat
• feeling faint or lightheaded, falls
• fever
• nervousness
• tremor
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report to your prescriber or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome):
• cough
• headache
• sore throat
• stuffy nose
• stomach upset
Where can I keep my medicine?
Keep out of the reach of children.
Store at room temperature for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator, 2 to 25 degrees C (36 to 77 degrees F). Do not freeze. Protect from light, heat, and moisture. Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration or 'use by' date. Only remove vials from the foil pouch immediately before use.
