PHENYLEPHRINE HCL盐酸去氧肾上腺素
主要用于治疗休克及麻醉时维持血压。也可用于治疗室上性心动过速。眼科临床主要应用本品的散瞳作用，具有起效较快、维持时间较短和无睫状肌麻痹等优点。用于散瞳检查眼底，对抗缩瞳效应、治疗缩瞳剂所致的虹膜囊肿以及上睑下垂等。
CHLORPHENIRAMINE MALEATE马来酸氯苯那敏
功效主治：本品适用于皮肤过敏症：荨麻疹、湿疹、皮炎、药疹、皮肤瘙痒症、神经性皮炎、虫咬症、日光性皮炎。也可用于过敏性鼻炎，药物及食物过敏。
SCOPOLAMINE莨菪碱
有止痛解痉功能，对坐骨神经痛有较好疗效，有时也用于治疗癫痫、晕船等。

Car B Pen Ta Chlor Tan Usage: it combination cough suppressant/antihistamine med is used to treat cough due to common cold, asthma, or bronchitis.
How to use Car B Pen Ta Chlor Tan: Take it drug by mouth usually two times per day as needed; or as directed by your healthcare professional. Unless otherwise directed, drink plenty of clear fluids when you use this medication. the fluid will help to loosen phlegm/mucus in your breathing passages.
Car B Pen Ta Chlor Tan side effects: Drowsiness, nausea, and dry mouth & nose may occur.
If any about these effects persist or worsen, notify youre pharmacist. An allergic reaction to it tablet is unlikely, but seek immediate doctor attention if it occurs.
Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing.
If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or pharmacist.
Car B Pen Ta Chlor Tan Precautions: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: HBP, heart problems, thyroid problems, glaucoma (narrow angle type), prostate problems, any allergies. this drug may make you dizzy or drowsy; use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness such as driving or using machinery.
Limit alcoholic beverages. Caution is advised when using this medication in elderly for they may be more sensitive to medication side effects. this medication should not be used in newborns. this med should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy.
Discuss the risks & benefits with your doctor. this drug may pass into breast milk. Breast-feeding while using this drug is not recommended. Consult you're pharmacist before breast-feeding. Car B Pen Ta Chlor Tan drug interactions: Tell your pharmacist of every prescription and nonprescription drug you may use, especially:
MAO inhibitors used within the last two weeks (e.g., furazolidone, isocarboxazid, linezolid, moclobemide, phenelzine, procarbazine, selegiline, tranylcypromine). Tell some your pharmacist if you take any drugs that cause drowsiness such as: medicine since sleep, sedatives, tranquilizers, anti- anxiety medications (e.g., diazepam,
lorazepam), narcotic pain relievers (e.g., codeine, morphine), psychiatric medicines (e.g., phenothiazines such as chlorpromazine or tricyclic antidepressants such as amitriptyline), anti-seizure medications (e.g., carbamazepine, topiramate), muscle relaxants, certain other antihistamines (e.g., diphenhydramine). cash the labels on every you're medicines (e.g., cough-and-cold products) because they can contain drowsiness-causing ingredients. Ask your doctor about safe use of these products. do not start or stop any medicine with-out healthcare professional or pharmacist approval.
Car B Pen Ta Chlor Tan Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
Symptoms of overdose may include: nausea, vomiting, deep sleep, seizures.
Car B Pen Ta Chlor Tan special notes: do not share it medication with others.
If you missed Car B Pen Ta Chlor Tan dose: If you miss dose, use this as soon as you remember.
If it is near time of following dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not double dose to catch up.
Car B Pen Ta Chlor Tan Storage: Store at room temperature between 68 & 77 degrees F (20 & 25 degrees C) away from light & moisture.
