药物剂型
1.片剂：100mg，200mg；
2.混悬剂：50mg(5ml)，100mg(5ml)。
药理作用
本品对葡萄球菌属、链球菌属、肺炎球菌、大肠杆菌、克雷白杆菌、流感嗜血杆菌、奈瑟菌、淋病双球菌等革兰阳性菌和阴性菌均有很强的抗菌活性。本品对各种细菌产生的β-内酰胺酶稳定。肠杆菌、假单胞菌属、沙雷菌属、肠球菌对本品有耐药性。
药动学
本品为头孢泊肟的前体药物。口服后被肠道吸收，经肠壁酯酶水解产生活性代谢物头孢泊肟显示抗菌活性。医进食情况下服用本品，吸收率达50%，与食物同服可增加其吸收。本品服后2～3h可达峰浓度，80%的药物以原形从尿排泄。肾功能衰退的患者其半衰期延长1.5～2h。
适应证
本品主要适用于敏感菌引起的上、下呼吸道感染、中耳炎、皮肤、尿路和性传播疾病。
禁忌证
对本品过敏者及哺乳期妇女禁用。

不良反应
可见腹泻、恶心、腹痛、呕吐、阴道真菌感染、头痛等。
用法用量
口服：一般每天4～8mg/kg，分2次服。
1.上呼吸道感染：每12小时服100mg，共服10天。
2.下呼吸道感染：每12小时服200mg，共服14天。
3.皮肤感染：每12小时服400mg，共服7～14天。
4.尿路感染：每12小时服100mg，共服7天。
5.淋病：单剂量200mg。
药物相应作用
(尚不明确)
临床研究
对30例单纯性淋病患者进行一项随机研究，单剂量200mg本品和单次注射头孢曲松250mg效果相同。本品对多数G＋和G－菌均有很强抗菌活性，其作用优于其他β-内酰胺酶抗生素，并对各种细菌产生的β-内酰胺酶稳定。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine, a cephem antibiotic, shows antibacterial action by inhibiting synthesis of bacterial cell wall.
It is usually used for the treatment of wide-ranged infections including respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, skin infections, gynecologic infections, otorhinologic infections, and dental and oral surgical infections.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you are a patient with renal disorder.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (100 mg of the active ingredient [titer]) at a time, twice daily, after meals. The dosage may be adjusted according to the disease, age or symptoms. If the symptoms are severe or the medicine is not effective, take 2 tablets (200 mg) at a time, twice daily, after meals. Strictly follow the instructions.
•If you miss a dose, . You should never take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include diarrhea, loose stool, gastric discomfort, nausea, vomiting, swelling of lymph gland, arthralgia, rash, urticaria, erythema, itch and fever. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•pallor, breathing difficulty, cold sweat [shock, anaphylactoid symptoms]
•fever; erythema, rash, blister, congested bulbar conjunctiva [Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrosis]
•abdominal pain, frequent diarrhea  [pseudomembranous colitis]
•decrease of urine output, edema, headache  [acute renal failure]
•fever, cough, breathing difficulty  [interstitial pneumonia, PIE syndrome]
•general fatigue, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin/white of eyes [liver dysfunction, jaundice]
•nose/gums bleeding, subcutaneous bleeding [thrombocytopenia]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.

•Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight and heat.
•Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
