性状
交沙霉素是白色至淡黄色粉末。非常易溶于甲醇或乙醇（99.5），在极微溶于水。
适应症
本品适用于化脓性链球菌引起的咽炎及扁桃体炎。敏感菌所致的鼻窦炎、中耳炎、急性支气管炎及口腔脓肿，肺炎支原体所致的肺炎，敏感细菌引起的皮肤软组织感染，也可用于对青霉素、红霉素耐药的葡萄球菌的感染。
用法用量
成人：口服每日剂量(800-1200mg)，较重感染可增至一日八片(1600mg)，分三至四次服用；儿童每日每公斤体重30mg，分三至四次服用。
儿童：分剂量，每日剂量和每30毫克的身体重1kg3到4倍的情况下。
此外，增加或减少取决于患者的年龄和症状。
药效药理
1. 抗菌作用
(1) 交沙霉素有葡萄球菌属，链球菌属，革兰氏阳性菌如肺炎链球菌，淋球菌，脑膜炎奈瑟菌，革兰氏阴性菌如志贺氏菌，抗厌氧菌和支原体的抗菌活性的一部分。
(2) 交沙霉素是一种抗生素抗性非感应型不诱导大环内酯类耐药金。
(3) 交沙霉素示葡萄球菌属，链球菌属，肺炎链球菌，抗动物支原体等的实验性感染的保护作用。
2. 作用机序
其他大环内酯类剂同样，在细菌核糖体的行为是抑制蛋白质的合成。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine has antibacterial effects and inhibits the growth of disease-causing bacteria. It is a macrolide antibiotic agent that is used for the treatment of infections.
It is usually used for the treatment of a wide range of infections, including respiratory infections, skin infections, otorhinologicalinfections, urinary tract infections.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, for adults, take 16 to 24 tablets (800
to 1,200mg of the active ingredient) per day in 3 to 4 divided doses..
For children, take 30mg/kg/day, in 3 to 4 divided doses.
The dosage may be adjusted according to the patient's age and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
•If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking the medicine unless your doctor indtructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, itch, fever, diarrhea, loose stool, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomachache and taste abnormality. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•nettle rash, breathing difficulty, dizziness on standing up [shock, anaphylaxis]
•fever, ocular mucosal congestion, cutaneous symptoms (erythema, blister, erosion) [Stevens-Johnson syndrome]
•fever, loss of appetite, diarrhoea [pseudomembranous colitis]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
Storage conditions and other information
•Keep out of the reach of infants and children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
•Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
