药效药理
1. Ventile氢氯噻嗪作用
ventile嗪10mg / kg的给药的结果,显示出10%以上的降血压作用。其效果比给药后1小时观察到的,历时5个多小时(高血压大鼠)。另外,在1.0毫克/千克或更多次剂量,Na +和它增加氯离子和尿(大鼠)的排泄。
2. 利血平的作用
利血平作用于下丘脑,从而抑制交感神经张力造成扩张血管,降低了交感神经外围,以抑制神经传递的儿茶酚胺已经显示降血压作用。
3. 配合理由
(1) 结合使用利血平和替补勒双氢,显示了相强降血压比在每个单次给药(大鼠)的时的压力的效果。
(2) 利血平和替补乐氢氯噻嗪的给药后,反而造成利血平胃溃疡的发生被认为,由卡络(1点40分五十秒)的组合,溃疡发生率观察显著下降这是(鼠)。
适应病症
高血压(必要,肾等),恶性高血压
用法用量
每日1-2次成人一次口服1-2片。
血压降低,稳定化当口服每日给药1-2片作为维持剂量。
应当指出的是,增加或减少取决于患者的年龄和症状。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is a combination preparation of antihypertensive diuretics and vasodilator agents. The antihypertensive diuretics increase urine output and decrease blood circulation volume with the effect of inhibiting renal tubular Na+ and Cl- reabsorption in order to lower the blood pressure. The vasodilator agents relax your blood vessels.
It is usually used to treat hypertension (essential, renal, etc.) and malignant hypertension.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
If you are a patient with anuria, renal disorder, depression (or history of depression), peptic ulcer, ulcerative colitis.
If you are being treated with electroshock therapy.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•General dosage regimen: For adults, take 1-2 tablets at a time, once or twice a day; after your blood pressure falls and comes to be under control, take 1-2 tablets a day as a maintenance dose. The dosage may be adjusted according to your disease/age/symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
•If you missed a dose, take a dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT take double doses to make up for the missed dose.
•If you took too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.
Precautions while taking this medicine
•You may feel dizziness due to the fall of blood pressure; do not drive a car, work at heights or operate dangerous machinery while you take this medicine.
•If you need to take enough rest in the night, dose during the day so that you would not need to urinate at night.
•Drinking alcohol may enhance the side effect of the medicine (orthostatic hypotension). Avoid drinking alcohol while you are receiving the medicine.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
Common side effects are reported as below. If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: purpura, photosensitivity, rash, facial glow, dizziness, dry mouth, diarrhea/soft stool, loss of appetite, nausea, constipation, stuffed nose.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•feeling low, early-morning awaking, loss of appetite [depression]
•anemic symptoms, bleeding tendency, fever [aplastic anemia]
•malaise, nausea/vomiting, convulsion [hyponatraemia]
•malaise, lassitude, arrhythmia [hypokalaemia]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
Storage conditions and other information
•Keep out the reach of children. Store it away from light, heat and moisture.
•Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
