甲醇，乙醇（95）或微溶于丙酮，乙腈微溶，并且几乎不溶于水。

适应病症
肾上腺皮质激素类药。主要适用于过敏性与自身免疫性炎症性疾病，如结缔组织病，严重的支气管哮喘，皮炎等过敏性疾病，溃疡性结肠炎，外科疾病，急性白血病，恶性淋巴瘤等外科疾病，妇产科疾病科，泌尿外科疾病等。
用法用量
1. 每日分口服给药的正常成人0.5〜为8mg在1至4次。此外，增加或减少取决于患者的年龄和症状。
2.在抗肿瘤剂（如顺铂）与施用（恶心和呕吐）有关的胃肠道症状的情况下：普通，成人为划分的4天〜20毫克地塞米松1至2次口服给药。但是，它是最多1天20毫克。
药效药理
药物是抗炎作用，具有抗过敏效果，另外，糖，蛋白质，脂质代谢，如，免疫反应等的生物学效应。
此外，地塞米松的糖皮质激素活性是有效的25-30倍，氢化可的松，氢化可的松在等于效力剂量最钠潴留效果没有观察到。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is a corticosteroid (steroid hormone) which has various action to improve inflammation, allergic symptoms, and suppress immunoreaction.
It is usually used to treat various diseases such as immune disease, allergic disease and inflammatory disease. However, it does not cure the cause of the disease itself.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have infection, systemic mycosis, peptic ulcer, psychosis, tuberculosis, herpes simplex keratitis, posterior capsular cataract, glaucoma, hypertension, thrombosis or uncontrolled diabetes.
Swelling tendency.
If you have recently received any surgery to internal organs.
If you have a history of acute myocardial infarction.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is << to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•Rheumatism, etc.: In general, for adults, take 1 to 16 tablets (0.5 to 8 mg of the active ingredient) a day, in 1 to 4 divided doses. The dosage may be adjusted according to disease, age and symptoms of the patient.
Nausea/vomiting accompanied with administrating antineoplastic drug: In general, for adults, take 8 to 40 tablets (4 to 20 mg of the active ingredient) a day, in 1 to 2 divided doses. DO NOT exceed the daily maximum dosage, 40 tablets (20 mg).
Strictly follow the instructions in any case.
•If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
•Pay close attention not to be affected with varicella or measles, as it may lead to a serious state.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include moon face, excessive appetite, body weight gain, swelling and insomnia. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•fever, sore throat, cough [induced infection, exacerbation of infection]
•general malaise, nausea/vomitting, thirst [secondary adrenocortical insufficiency, diabetes]
•pain in the pit of the stomach or tenderness, heartburn, vomiting [peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal perforation, pancreatitis]
•delusions, depressed and listless situation, sudden onset of muscular contraction [psychiatric disturbance, depression state, convulsion]
•pain in the hip/back, pain in the hip joint when standing up or walking, muscular stiffness [osteoporosis, aseptic necrosis (thigh/upper arm bone, etc.), myopathy, vertebral compression fracture, pathological fracture of long bone]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
Storage conditions and other information
•Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
•Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
•Consult with your doctor when you receive a live-virus vaccination.
