药理作用：

焦虑，apprehensiveness，烦躁，震颤，乏力，头晕，出汗，心悸，面色苍白，恶心，呕吐，头痛，呼吸困难，心律不齐。

Indication(s):
Emergency treatment of allergic reactions (Type 1) including anaphylaxis.
Pharmacology:
Epinephrine acts on both alpha and beta-adrenergic receptors. Through its action on alpha-adrenergic receptors, epinephrine decreases the vasodilation and increased vascular permeability that occurs during anaphylaxis, which can lead to loss of intravascular fluid volume and hypotension. Through its action on beta-adrenergic receptors, epinephrine causes bronchial smooth muscle relaxation and helps alleviate bronchospasm, wheezing and dyspnea that may occur during anaphylaxis. Epinephrine also alleviates pruritus, urticaria, and angioedema and may relieve GI and genitourinary symptoms associated with anaphylaxis because of its relaxer effects on the smooth muscle of the stomach, intestine, uterus and urinary bladder.

Inject IM or SQ into the anterolateral aspect of the thigh. <15kg: not studied. 15–30kg: 0.15mg. ≥30kg: 0.3mg. Both: may repeat another dose if needed.
Warnings/Precautions:
The presence of sulfite in this product should not deter use. Cardiovascular disease. Hypertension. Hyperthyroidism. Diabetes. Parkinson’s disease. Do not inject intravenously or into buttock, digits, hands, or feet. Advise patient to seek medical help immediately. Train patient in use of device. Elderly. Pregnancy (Cat.C). Nursing mothers.
Interaction(s)
May be potentiated by MAOIs, tricyclic antidepressants, levothyroxine, antihistamines (eg, chlorpheniramine, tripelennamine, diphenhydramine). May be antagonized by β-blockers (eg, propranolol), α-blockers (eg, phentolamine), ergot alkaloids. Arrhythmias possible with cardiac glycosides, diuretics, or anti-arrhythmics.
Adverse Reaction(s)
Anxiety, apprehensiveness, restlessness, tremor, weakness, dizziness, sweating, palpitations, pallor, nausea, vomiting, headache, respiratory difficulties, arrhythmias.
