主治：解毒剂叶酸拮抗剂，辅助大肠癌 主治：辅助结直肠癌氟尿嘧啶，甲氨蝶呤减少毒性
适应症：降低甲氨蝶呤的毒性，辅助结直肠癌氟尿嘧啶 在中间和大剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗的解毒剂。转移性结直肠癌的组合瓦特/5-FU治疗。
有效成分：甲酰四氢叶酸
