Velbe（硫酸长春碱）
Velbe是长春花生物碱的抗肿瘤剂。长春花生物碱是由2multiringed单元结构相似的化合物：文多灵和长春花碱。因为它们的抗肿瘤特性在1959年发现的长春花生物碱已成为临床上有用的。最初，长春花属植物（长春花）提取物进行了研究，因为假定的降糖属性，但被指出造成骨髓抑制大鼠和体外抗白血病作用。

is a vinca alkaloid antineoplastic agent. The vinca alkaloids are structurally similar compounds comprised of 2 multiringed units: vindoline and catharanthine.
The vinca alkaloids have become clinically useful since the discovery of their antitumour properties in 1959. Initially, extracts of the periwinkle plant (Catharanthus roseus) were investigated because of putative hypoglycemic properties, but were noted to cause marrow suppression in rats and antileukemic effects in vitro. Velbe has some immunosuppressant effect. The vinca alkaloids are considered to be cell cycle phase-specific. Indication: For treatment of breast cancer, testicular cancer, lymphomas, neuroblastoma, Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, mycosis fungoides, histiocytosis, and Kaposi's sarcoma.
Indications: malignant neoplasms lymphoma; Hodgkin’s disease; Kaposi’s sarcoma; Letterer-Siwe disease; Lymphocytic lymphoma; Mycosis fungoides; Testicular cancer
