【适应症】
抗炎作用较强，对钠潴留作用微弱，作用同泼尼松
1.甲基氢化泼尼松醋酸酯混悬剂分解缓慢，作用持久，可供肌内、关节腔内注射。
2.甲基氢化泼尼松琥珀酸钠水溶性，可供肌注，或溶于葡萄糖液中静脉滴注。因半衰期短，故治疗严重休克时，应于４小时后重复给药。
【用量用法】
1.口服：开始１日１６～２４ｍｇ，分２次服，维持量１日４～８ｍｇ。
2.关节腔内及肌内注射：１次１０～８０ｍｇ。
【注意事项】 针剂在紫外线和荧光下易分解破坏，故应避光，其他注意事项同泼尼松。
Depredil - Pharmacology: Depresses formation, release, and activity of endogenous mediators of inflammation, including prostaglandins, kinins, histamine, liposomal enzymes, and complement system.
Modifies body's immune response.
Indication: Replacement therapy in primary or secondary adrenal cortex insufficiency; treatment of congenital adrenal hyperplasia, hypercalcemia associated with cancer, and/or nonsuppurative thyroiditis; adjunctive therapy for short-term administration in rheumatic disorders; exacerbation or maintenance therapy in collagen diseases; treatment of dermatologic diseases; control of allergic states or allergic and inflammatory ophthalmic processes; management of respiratory diseases; treatment of hematologic disorders; palliative management of neoplastic diseases; management of cerebral edema associated with primary or metastatic brain tumor, craniotomy, or head injury; induction of diuresis in edematous states (from nephrotic syndrome); management of critical exacerbations of GI diseases; management of acute exacerbations of multiple sclerosis; treatment of tuberculous meningitis; management of trichinosis with neurologic or myocardial involvement.
Intra-articular or soft tissue administration Adjunctive therapy for short-term administration in synovitis of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, acute gouty arthritis, epicondylitis, acute nonspecific tenosynovitis, and posttraumatic osteoarthritis.
Intralesional administration Management of keloids; treatment of localized hypertrophic,
infiltrated inflammatory lesions of lichen planus, psoriatic plaques, granuloma annulare, lichen simplex chronicus; treatment of discoid lupus erythematosus; necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum; alopecia areata; cystic tumors of aponeurosis or tendon. Unlabeled Uses Reduction of mortality in severe alcoholic hepatitis; prevention of respiratory distress syndrome; treatment of septic shock; improvement of neurologic function in acute spinal cord injury.
Used for: Treating severe allergies, arthritis, asthma, certain blood disorders, and skin conditions.
It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.
Depredil is a corticosteroid.
It works by modifying the body's immune response to various conditions and decreasing inflammation. Depredil and its derivatives, Depredil sodium succinate and Depredil acetate, are synthetic glucocorticoids used as antiinflammatory or immunosuppressive agents. Depredil helps relieve inflammation and itch that may occur with certain skin problems and allergies.
It is also used to relieve pain in arthritic joints, fluid retention in head injuries, treat inflammatory bowel disease and to control asthma. Depredil may also be used to prevent organ transplant rejection after a transplant. Depredil may be used for other purposes as decided by your doctor. Depredil belongs to a group of medicines called steroids.
