物理化学的性状
植物甲萘醌是透明的，粘稠的黄色至橙黄色的液体。
该产品是用异辛烷混溶。
此产品微溶于乙醇（99.5），并且几乎不溶于水。
此产品逐渐被光降解，它变成红棕色。

适应病症
1.预防和治疗维生素K缺乏症
由于新生儿的胆道和胃肠功能紊乱，低凝血酶原血症各种药物（香豆素类抗凝剂，水杨酸，如抗生素）低凝血酶原血症的施用期间发生，维生素K吸收受损，低凝血酶原肝衰竭相关联病毒血症
2.出血，维生素K缺乏估计
用法用量
成年；1每天5〜15毫克，是发生10毫克，在施用到母体药物是预防新生儿出血低凝血酶原血症喜欢来划分的20〜50毫克口服给药。此外，增加或减少取决于患者的年龄和症状。
药效药理
1. 作用机序
维生素K，血液凝固因子（凝血酶原，VII，IX，X）中的，转换成γ-羧基谷氨酸具有生理活性时谷氨酸残基都参与羧化反应中的蛋白质合成过程。
也就是说，维生素K促进合成在正常凝血酶原等的肝脏，通过激活活体的止血机制以表达生理止血。
2. 低凝血酶原血症的改善作用
口服给药以诱导低凝血酶原血症在健康成年雄性五人华法林钾40毫克，它是由恢复作用的维生素K130mg口服研究降低凝固能力。凝血酶原时间（％）改善行政管理9小时后表达。

Effects of this medicine
Vitamin K is involved in synthesis of normal blood coagulation factors in the liver, and expresses physiological hemostatic action. This medicine treats bleeding and bleeding tendency attributed to vitamin K deficiency.
It is usually used for prevention and treatment of hypoprothrombinemia developed during medicine administration, impaired vitamin K absorption associated with biliary tract or gastrointestinal disorder, hypoprothrombinemia attributed to hepatic disorder, hypoprothrombinemia in newborn infants, and for treatment of bleeding suspected of vitamin K deficiency.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rach, etc.) to any medicines.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, for adults, take 5 to 15 mg; for prevention bleeding in newborn infants, expectant mothers take 10 mg; for hypoprothrombinemia developed during medicine administration, take 20 to 50 mg; of the active ingredient daily, in several divided doses. The dosage may be adjusted according to the disease, age or symptoms. This preparation contains 20 mg of active ingredient in a capsule. Strictly follow the instructions.
•If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as possible when you remember that you missed a dose. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should not take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include nausea and loose stool. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
