药理作用
为5-硝基咪唑衍生物，抗菌作用及应用同甲硝唑。尼莫唑对阴道滴虫、阿米巴原虫、鞭虫和利什曼原虫有强大的杀灭活性。
药动学
本品迅速从胃肠道吸收，血浆药物浓度达峰时间为2h，在唾腺和阴道的分泌物较高，与另两种活性代谢物由尿液中一并排出。
适应证
用于治疗溶组织阿米巴病、毛滴虫病、肠鞭毛虫病、利什曼原虫病。
禁忌证
对本品或硝基咪唑类药物过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.慎用：妊娠前3个月或哺乳的妇女慎用。
2.本品可抑制酒精代谢，故用药期间应戒酒，饮酒后可能出现腹痛、呕吐、头痛等症状。本品可引起轻度粒细胞减少，用药前后宜检查血象，重复1个疗程之前应做白细胞计数检查。

用法用量
口服：
1.用于治疗阿米巴病，每次500mg，一天2次，连续5天。
2.用于治疗滴虫病，单剂量2g顿服，与餐同服，或每次250mg，每天2次，连续6天；儿童体重大于10kg者每天500mg，体重小于10kg者每天250mg，连续5天。
3.用于治疗贾第鞭毛虫病，每次500mg，每天2次，连续5天。
4.治疗文森感染，单剂量500mg顿服，连续2天。
药物相应作用
本品能增强华法林等抗凝药的作用。
专家点评
本品为5-硝基咪唑衍生物，抗菌作用及应用同甲硝唑。国外报道，单剂量本品2g顿服治疗阴道加德诺菌病280例，效果极佳，与甲硝唑的效果几无差异。另一临床研究中应用本品2g单剂量顿服治疗阴道加德诺菌引起的阴道炎100例，治愈率为88%。另一报道，单独应用或合用(与Aminosidime)，每天给药2次，连续5天，治疗肠内厌氧菌感染200例，于15天、30天和60天随访的治愈率为95.5%，且耐受性良好。

Therapeutic actions:
Naxogin is antiprotozoa, antitrichomonad and antibacterial preparation ,derivate from 5-nitroimidazol
Nimorazole possesses highly efficacy against Trichomonas vaginalis, Giardia intestinalis (Giardia lamblia) and Entamoeba histolytica. Besides, Naxogin acts on Gram-negative anaerobic bacteria including Bacteroides fragilis. Nimorazole works by disarranging the structure of the bacterial DNA(genetic material). As a result microorganisms can not grow and then die.
Indications:
Nimorazole is used to treat infections caused by Trichomonas vaginalis, Giardia intestinalis (Giardia lamblia) and Entamoeba histolytica:
* Lambliasis
* Amoeba disease
* Vaginitis caused by Gardnerella vaginalis
* Necrotize ulcerative gingivitis
Contraindications and cautions:
You should not use Naxogin:
* in hypersensitivity to nimorazole
* in any CNS diseases
* in liver dysfunction
* in kidney dysfunction
* in pregnancy
* in breastfeeding
* in children
Do not drink alcoholic beverages while taking this medication.
Adverse effects:
There are possible side-effects associated with this medicine that can affect individuals in different ways. If a side effect is stated here, that does not necessarily mean the fact that all people using Naxogin will experience it or any other.
Most common side effects include: dizziness, polyneuropathy, paresthesia, nervousness, dyspepsia(nausea, vomiting, heartburn,abdominal pain), liver dysfunction and allergic reactions(skin rash, itching)
