抗菌作用与卡那霉素近似。 适应症
抗菌作用与卡那霉素近似,用于口服,治疗菌痢、阿米巴痢和肠炎等肠道感染。 用法用量
口服, 一次40-60万单位, 一日4次。 一疗程5-7天。 不宜用于注射。片剂:0.25g(25万单位),任何疑问,请遵医嘱。 给药说明
不宜用于注射。 不良反应
腹泻, 恶心, 食欲不振, 头晕。停药后症状可消失。 本品在很多方面与新霉素相近似。肌注易引起肾脏及第8对脑神经损害,有时亦可引起呼吸抑制,因此不宜注射应用。口服,不良反应较少见,特别是剂量小时为然,在剂量达到每天4g时,可出现恶心、腹泻、腹痛等消化道症状。过敏反应少见。偶可引起吸收不良综合征,长期口服后也可能引起听力损害。 药物相互作用
氨基糖苷类药物相互作用: (1)与强利尿药(如呋塞米、依他尼酸等)联用可加强耳毒性。 (2)与其他有耳毒性的药物(如红霉素等)联合应用,耳中毒的可能加强。 (3)与头孢菌素类联合应用,可致肾毒性加强。右旋糖酐可加强本类药物的肾毒性。 (4)与肌肉松弛药或具有此种作用的药物(如地西泮等)联合应用可致神经—肌肉阻滞作用的加强。新斯的明或其他抗胆碱酯酶药均可拮抗神经-肌肉阻滞作用。 (5)本类药物与碱性药(如碳酸氢钠、氨茶碱等)联合应用,抗菌效能可增强,但同时毒性也相应增强,必须慎重。 (6)青霉素类对某些链球菌的抗菌作用可因氨基糖苷类的联用而得到加强,如目前公认草绿色链球菌性心内膜炎和肠球菌感染在应用青霉素的同时可加用链霉素(或其他氨基糖苷类)。但对其他细菌是否有增效作用并未肯定,甚至有两种药物联用而致治疗失败的报道,因此,这两类药物的联合必须遵循其适应证不要随意使用。

Humatin Generic Name: Paromomycin (par-oh-moe-MYE-sin)Brand Name: Humatin Humatin is used for: Treating amoeba infection in the intestines. It is also used in combination with other medicines to manage a serious complication of liver disease (hepatic coma). It may be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor. Humatin is an antibacterial agent. It works by killing sensitive bacteria. Do NOT use Humatin if: you are allergic to any ingredient in Humatin you have a blockage in your intestines Contact your doctor or health care provider right away if any of these apply to you. Before using Humatin : Some medical conditions may interact with Humatin . Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you: if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding if you are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement if you have allergies to medicines, foods, or other substances if you have hearing problems, bowel problems (eg, ulcers, lesions), myasthenia gravis, Parkinson disease, or kidney problems, or you are dehydrated Some MEDICINES MAY INTERACT with Humatin . Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following: Digoxin because the actions and side effects may be increased or effectiveness may be decreased by Humatin Nondepolarizing muscle relaxants, (eg, pancuronium) or succinylcholine because the actions and side effects may be increased by Humatin This may not be a complete list of all interactions that may occur. Ask your health care provider if Humatin may interact with other medicines that you take. Check with your health care provider before you start, stop, or change the dose of any medicine. How to use Humatin : Use Humatin as directed by your doctor. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions. Take Humatin with food. To clear up your infection completely, continue using Humatin for the full course of treatment even if you feel better in a few days. Do not miss any doses. If you miss a dose of Humatin , take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once. Ask your health care provider any questions you may have about how to use Humatin . Important safety information: It is important to use Humatin for the full course of treatment. Failure to do so may decrease the effectiveness of Humatin . Long-term or repeated use of Humatin may cause a second infection. Your doctor may want to change your medicine to treat the second infection. Contact your doctor if signs of a second infection occur. Before you have any medical or dental treatments, emergency care, or surgery, tell the doctor or dentist that you are using Humatin . Use Humatin with extreme caution in INFANTS. Safety and effectiveness have not been confirmed. Use Humatin with extreme caution in CHILDREN younger than 10 years of age who have diarrhea or a stomach or bowel infection. PREGNANCY and BREAST-FEEDING: If you become pregnant while taking Humatin , discuss with your doctor the benefits and risks of using Humatin during pregnancy. It is unknown if Humatin is excreted in breast milk. If you are or will be breast-feeding while you are using Humatin , check with your doctor or pharmacist to discuss the risks to your baby. Possible side effects of Humatin : All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome: Diarrhea; nausea; stomach cramps. Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur: Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue). This is not a complete list of all side effects that may occur. If you have questions about side effects, contact your health care provider. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088. You may also report side effects at http://www.fda.gov/medwatch. Symptoms may include decreased urination; hearing loss; ringing in the ears; skin tingling or numbness. Proper storage of Humatin : Store Humatin between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C). Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Humatin out of the reach of children and away from pets.
