操作注意事项
BUGS
在本剂的硫酸钡，所以容易沉淀凝结为比重较大，如果重新分布处理这种药物使用前是不够的，在注射中途可能会引起堵塞，由于硫酸钡凝块。这种药物在使用前，在每个袋热水加热至（约体温），摇匀（30到40中的顶部和摇动宽度30〜40厘米，和大约15秒的底部次），以确保再分散这是因为所用。
如果再分散不充分，无法得到良好的图像，适合的灌肠X射线检查也可以不进行。 （请参阅“使用前”末）
参考
为了方便的重新分布处理这种药物在使用前，有时存储和一盒每个倒置。
如果硫酸钡附连到容器的内壁上，以沉淀凝固，所述部分从与手指的外推，这是很容易摇匀再经过从内壁剥离硫酸钡凝结物的容器再分散。

钡灌肠检查前病友需做如下准备
1、造影前2天不要服含铁、碘、钠、铋、银等高密度药物。
2、造影前1天不宜多吃纤维类和不易消化的食物。
3、造影前1天晚上，吃少渣饮食如豆浆、面条、稀饭等。
4、造影当天早晨禁食，包括开水、药品。
5、检查前排空大便，并做清洁洗肠，再去做钡灌肠。
6、有结肠活动性大出血暂不做钡灌肠检查。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is gastrointestinal contrast media which has x-ray absorptive effect. It exposes large intestine clearly when receiving radiography.
It is usually used to expose gastrointestinal tract (large bowel).
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have gastrointestinal perforation or its suspicion, gastrointestinal acute bleeding, gastrointestinal obstruction or its suspicion, or general debility.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, instill 1 enema into the rectum. Strictly follow the instructions.
•Read the instruction about the way to use this medicine.
•Take enough amount of water to encourage quick discharge of barium sulfate after radiography.
Precautions while taking this medicine
•Consult with your doctor if you do not have ordinary bowel movement and have prolonged bowel movement difficulty, abdominal pain, etc.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include difficulty in bowel movement, constipation and transient diarrhea/abdominal pain. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•pale face, coldness in limbs, decreased blood pressure [shock, anaphylaxis]
•abdominal pain, vomiting, nausea [gastrointestinal perforation, ileus, peritonitis]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
Storage conditions and other information
•Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat, freezing and moisture.
•Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
