一般名 アスコルビン酸(Ascorbic Acid)〔JAN〕 化学名 L-threo-Hex-2-enono-1,4-lactone 分子式 C6H8O6 分子量 176.12 融点 約190℃(分解) 性状 抗坏血酸是白色结晶或结晶粉末,没有异味,存在酸味。易溶于水,乙醇(95)微溶的,并在乙醚中几乎不溶。 操作注意事项 【注意】 (1)当这种药物被加入到牛奶和其他饮料,添加的饮料必须不加热。 (2)开口后,它可以由储存条件进行着色。 适应病症: ○预防和治疗及维生素C缺乏症(坏血病,Merureru巴罗病) ○维生素C的需求增加,供应当摄入不足从食物(消耗性疾病,孕妇,乳母,在体力劳动如严重) ○下列疾病,如缺乏或维生素C代谢紊乱,估计参与 ·性毛细血管出血(鼻衄,牙龈出血,血尿等) ·药物中毒 ·肾上腺皮质功能不全 ·骨基质形成和骨性愈合促进断裂的时间 ·肝斑色素沉着后,祛斑炎症 ·光敏性皮炎 维生素C缺乏症的预防和治疗,对维生素C的需求量增加,相对于当摄取是从饮食不足的非提供的疗效,不应超过Getsuyo使用即使是没有效果的。 用法与用量 成人;每天为50-,000mg一个(0.2-8克作为处理剂)分为1至数次口服。 应当指出的是,增加或减少取决于患者的年龄和症状。 包装 500g(100g×5)、1,200g(1g分包,6包×200)、1kg(200g×5)

It is usually used to prevent and treat vitamin C deficiency as a supplement to inadequate dietary intake of this vitamin, to treat drug poisoning and for management of skin disorders. Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist •If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines. •If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. •If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.) Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine) •Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is ((to be written by a healthcare professional)) •In general, for adults, take 0.2 to 8 g (50 to 2,000 mg of active ingredient) once or in several divided doses a day. The dosage may be adjusted according to the disease, age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions. •If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. Precautions while taking this medicine •If you undergo any clinical examination, tell the doctor that you are taking this medicine. Possible adverse reactions to this medicine The most commonly reported adverse reactions include nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets.
