腰痛，颈臂综合征，症状性神经痛，皮肤病（湿疹，皮炎，荨麻疹）瘙痒过敏性鼻炎有关
成年人；每天一次，每次注射3.6单位（1管）静脉内，肌内或皮下注射。此外，增加或减少取决于患者的年龄和症状。
SMON（SMON）后遗症般的感觉或知觉异常和疼痛
成人每日一次，每次注射7.2单位（2管）静脉注射。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine relieves pain by boosting pain inhibitory nerve system in the body, improving peripheral blood flow and inhibiting release of bradykinin involved in pain and inflammation. It also suppresses localized eosinophilic infiltration to improve allergic symptoms.
It is usually used to treat lower back pain, cervico-omo-brachial syndrome, symptomatic neuralgia, itching associated with skin disease, allergic rhinitis and aftereffects of sumon disease such as chill, abnormal sensation and pain.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

•For lower back pain, cervico-omo-brachial syndrome, symptomatic neuralgia, itching associated with skin disease, allergic rhinitis: In general, for adults, administer by intravenous/intramuscular/subcutaneous injection once a day.
•For aftereffects of sumon disease such as chill, abnormal sensation and pain: In general, for adults, administer by intravenous injection once a day.
•The treatment span depends on your symptoms. In general, for aftereffects of sumon disease such as chill, abnormal sensation and pain, treatment span is 6 weeks.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, itch, hives, asthma attack, erythema or drowsiness. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•respiratory distress, hives, reduction in blood pressure [shock, anaphylactoid symptoms]
•general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin and the white of eyes [liver dysfunction, jaundice]
