SOLUTIONS       (B05BA) Solutions for parenteral nutrition         (B05BA10) Combinations  ATC治療分類 Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification (V) VARIOUS   (V06) GENERAL NUTRIENTS     (V06D) OTHER NUTRIENTS       (V06DD) Amino acids, incl. combinations with polypeptides         (V06DD) Amino acids, incl. combinations with polypeptides  適應症：Supply of the daily requirement of energy, essential fatty acids, amino acids, electrolytes and fluids during parenteral nutrition for adults with mild to moderately severe catabolism when oral or parenteral nutrition is impossible, insufficient or contraindicated. 成人在無法使用或不適宜或不充足使用口服，腸道營養劑時，作為靜脈營養治療之熱量、胺基酸、必需脂肪酸、電解質及液體的補充。  常見副作用：Slight increase in temp, flush, cold sensation, shivering, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, respiratory distress, headache, backache, bone pain, chest pain, lumbar pain, hypotension, HTN, hypersensitivity reactions, hot flushes or bluish skin discolouration. 禁忌(症)：Disturbances of amino acid & lipid metabolism, hyperkalemia, hyponatremia, unstable metabolism (eg, severe post-aggression syndrome, unstabilised diabetic metabolic situation, coma of unknown origin), severe hyperglycemia not responding to insulin doses of up to 6 units insulin/hr, acidosis, intrahepatic cholestasis, severe hepatic & renal insufficiency, manifest cardiac insufficiency, aggravating hemorrhagic diatheses, acute phases of cardiac infarction & stroke, acute thromboembolism & lipid embolism, hypersensitivity to egg or soy-bean protein, peanut oil. Children < 2 years. Unstable circulatory status with vital threat (states of collapse & shock), inadequate cellular oxygen supply, hyperhydration, electrolyte & fluid imbalance, acute pulmonary edema, decompensated cardiac insufficiency. 常用劑量及頻次：Individualized dosage. Nutriflex Lipid Peri Max: 40 mL/kg/day via peripheral IV infusion. Max duration: 7 days. Nutriflex Lipid Plus & Nutriflex Lipid Special Max: 40 mL/kg/day via central venous infusion.  注意事項與警語：Increased serum osmolarity. Cardiac or renal impairment. Correct fluid, electrolyte or acid-base imbalance before the start of infusion. Avoid rapid infusion. Monitor serum triglyceride concentration. Fasting lipaemia should be excluded in patients with suspected disturbances of lipid metabolism before starting infusion. Disturbances of lipid metabolism in renal insufficiency, DM, pancreatitis, liver impairment, hypothyroidism (with hypertriglyceridemia) & sepsis. Substitution of electrolytes, vits & trace elements may be necessary as required. Co-administration with soln containing zinc & magnesium. The NuTRIflex®-System Standardized ready to use TPN The NuTRIflex® System is the "ready to use" multi chamber bag system for total parenteral nutrition (TPN). The 2- and 3-chamber bags of the NuTRIflex® System offer the metabolic and technical advantages of an all-in-one system together with compelling logistical benefits. They have a long shelf life without the necessity of cooling during transport and storage. This results in further work efficiency and financial savings in hospitals and outpatient care. Clinical experience shows that the nutrient requirements of as many as 80% of parenterally fed patients can be successfully met by standardized parenteral nutrition regimens. It is designed to fit the requirements of virtually all patients through its special content features. Particular thought has been applied in order to physiologically balance protein, calories and fluid in order to optimize the ratio of these constituents. All bags have a balanced MCT/LCT fat emulsion component.
