【通用名】阿莫西林
【药效学】
本药系广谱抗生素，对革兰氏阴性和阳性菌均有强而迅速的杀灭作用，对幽门螺旋杆菌、钩端螺旋体亦有杀灭作用。本药能抑制细菌的细胞壁的合成，使细菌迅速成为球形体而破裂溶解，作用快，且无细菌再繁殖的可能，杀灭作用较氨苄青霉素强而迅速。
【药动学】
本药口服后75-90%自胃肠道迅速吸收，不受胃酸及食物的影响，血药浓度比相同剂量的氨苄青霉素高2倍。蛋白结合率低，80-83%为非结合的活性型抗生素。本药吸收后能很好地到重要器官如肾、肺、肝。本药在组织渗入脑脊液、中耳液、唾液、支气管分泌液、扁桃体、胆汁、骨髓及羊水，并能迅速分布体液中的浓度大大超过了阿莫西林在体内的最低抑菌浓度。本药主要通过肾小球滤过和肾小管分泌以原形自尿中排出，增加了尿中活性抗生素的浓度，8hr尿中排泄可达50-70%，另有20%以青霉素的原形自尿中排泄。 【微生物学】
本药抗菌谱与氨苄青霉素相似，作用较氨苄青霉素略强。对溶血性链球菌、草绿色链球菌、肺炎球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、脑膜炎双菌、白喉杆菌、破伤风杆菌、淋球菌、流感杆菌、大肠杆菌、奇异变形杆菌、梭状芽孢杆菌、痢疾杆菌有效。本药不耐青霉素酶，对耐青霉素的金黄色葡萄球菌无效。
适应 症
呼吸系统：急慢性支气管炎、支气管肺炎、大叶性肺炎、上呼吸道感染、感冒的继发感染；
泌尿系统：肾孟肾炎、膀胱炎、尿道感染、孕期细菌尿；
消化系统 ：急性胃肠炎、菌痢、胆道感染、伤寒及副伤寒；
耳鼻喉科：中耳炎、鼻炎、鼻窦炎、扁桃体炎、颈淋巴结炎；
妇产科 ：附件炎、宫腔感染、感染性流产、产后败血症、产褥期乳腺炎；
性病、皮肤科：淋病、软性下疳、皮肤及软组织感染；
其它 ：　细菌性心内膜炎、腹膜炎、腹腔脓肿、败血症、牙床脓肿、骨髓炎。
用法用量
成人 一般感染者：每次500 mg，每日口服三次。重症者加至每次1g，每日三次。 儿童 50-100 mg/kg体重/日，分3-4次服用。
不良反应
偶有胃肠反应（如腹泻、恶心、呕吐）及皮疹。注意事项 有青霉素过敏者及有哮喘、湿疹、荨麻疹等过敏性疾病史者以及肾功能严重损害者慎用。

胶囊剂
Amoxcillin - Antibiotic of group semisynthetic penicillins a wide spectrum of action.
It is a 4-hydroxyl analog of ampicillin.
It has bactericidal action.
Amoxcillin is active against aerobic gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus spp. (except strains producing penicillinase), Streptococcus spp; aerobic gram-negative bacteria: Neisseria Gonorrhoeae, Neisseria Meningitidis, Escherichia Coli, Shigella spp., Salmonella spp., Klebsiella spp. Microorganisms
producing penicillinase is resistant to amoxicillin.
In combination with metronidazole is active against Helicobacter Pylori.
It is believed that inhibits the development of Amoxcillin resistance of Helicobacter pylori to metronidazole.
There is a cross-resistance between amoxycillin and ampicillin. The spectrum of antibacterial action while expanding the application of Amoxcillin and
beta-lactamase inhibitor clavulanic acid.
This combination increased the activity of Amoxcillin against Bacteroides spp., Legionella spp., Nocardia spp., Pseudomonas (Burkholderia) Pseudomallei.
However, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Serratia Marcescens, and many other gram-bacteria are resistant. Indications: bacterial infections Amoxcillin is indicated in the treatment of infections due to susceptible (ONLY β-lactamase-negative) strains of the designated microorganisms in the conditions listed below:Infections of the ear, nose, and throat - due to Streptococcus spp. (α- and β-hemolytic strains only), S. pneumoniae, Staphylococcus spp., or H. influenzae. Infections of the genitourinary tract - due to E. coli, P. mirabilis, or E. faecalis. Infections of the skin and skin structure
- due to Streptococcus spp. (α- and β-hemolytic strains only), Staphylococcus spp., or E. coli. Infections of the lower respiratory tract - due to Streptococcus spp. (α- and β-hemolytic strains only), S. pneumoniae, Staphylococcus spp., or H. influenzae. Gonorrhea, acute uncomplicated (ano-genital and urethral infections) - due to N. gonorrhoeae (males and females).H. pylori eradication to reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence.
