氨苄青霉素/氯唑西林葡萄球菌，链球菌属，肺炎链球菌，肠球菌属的敏感性。，大肠杆菌，奇异变形杆菌，流感嗜血杆菌

剂量和给药方法
[在肌内注射的情况下]
作为固定组合（氨苄西林钠氯唑西林钠水合物）为成人，它肌内注射分为每日剂量1.5〜3.0克（效力）的3-4倍。
作为固定组合（氨苄西林钠氯唑西林钠水合物）的儿童，每日剂量为50〜100毫克（效价）/公斤的三到四倍分割的肌内注射。
[在静脉滴注的情况下]
在使用前溶解，成人作为固定组合（氨苄西林钠，氯唑西林钠水合物）期间输注的250mL〜500mL的，1日溶解一个剂量1.0〜2.0克效力的两次1-2小时过了一段静脉滴注。
此外，它会被增加或减少取决于患者的年龄，症状在任一情况下。
药效药理
体外抗菌作用
氨苄青霉素/氯唑西林表示对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌的抗菌作用，它表现出抗微生物活性在多药耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is a penicillin antibiotic which inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis to exert antibacterial effect.
It is usually used to treat sepsis, pneumonia, pulmonary abscess, secondary infection in chronic respiratory lesions, cystitis and pyelonephritis.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have infectious mononucleosis.
If you or your family has the predisposition to allergic symptoms such as bronchial asthma, rash and hives; have renal disorder; are in a poor oral feeding state, in a parenteral nutrition state or in a poor general condition.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, for adults, this medicine is injected intramuscularly in 3 to 4 divided doses a day or administered by intravenous infusion over a period of 1 to 2 hours in 2 divided doses a day. For children, this medicine is injected intramuscularly in 3 to 4 divided doses a day.
•The treatment period with this medicine is determined based on your symptoms.
•Relax and stay still while receiving injection.
Precautions while taking this medicine
•Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include fever, rash, hives and anemia. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•feeling unwell, oral cavity discomfort, wheezing [shock]
•fever, redness/swelling of skin and mucosa with rash and blister, hyperemia of the bulbar conjunctiva [muco-cutaneo-ocular syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis]
•sore throat, muscle pain, anemia [agranulocytosis, hemolytic anemia]
•decreased urine output, edema, headache [serious renal disorder such as acute renal failure]
•abdominal pain, frequent diarrhea [serious colitis accompanied by bloody stool such as pseudomembranous colitis]

•If you become unwell during an injection, you should tell your doctor immediately.
