2.野桐提取物
野桐(楸Muell 精氨酸)是从干树皮提取的提取物的棕色粉末。它有一个特殊的气味和味道,易溶于轻微浑浊的水。
药效药理
1. 对胃肠道的影响
野桐提取物软化盲肠,大肠和粪便中的内容,以促进排便(小鼠)。另一方面,显示了对实验泻剂的constipating动作由蓖麻油和氯化汞(小鼠)。
Pipetanato盐酸乙酰胆碱,氯化钡,组胺,通过毛果芸香碱抑制切除肠道的收缩(鼠标器,大鼠,豚鼠,兔,胃液,抑制胃酸的分泌(幽门结扎大鼠)。

2. 中枢的作用

肠易激综合征(大肠过敏症)
剂量和给药方法
成人口服给药;一次二片,一天三次。此外,增加或减少取决于患者的年龄和症状。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine has effects to promote bowel movement and to stop diarrhea. It also suppresses constriction of intestinal tracts and secretion of gastric juice and gastric acid. It acts on the brain and shows effects to sedate symptoms caused by stress, and to extend anesthetic period.
It is usually used in the treatment of irritable colon.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
If you are a patient with glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, cardiac disease, paralytic ileus, hyperthyroidism or ulcerative colitis.
If you are in a hot environment.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

General dosage regimen: For adults, take 2 tablets at a time, three times daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
Take a dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT take double doses to make up for the missed dose.
If you took too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.
Do not stop taking the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.
Precautions while taking this medicine
The medicine may cause difficulty in eye focusing and sleepiness. Avoid operating dangerous machinery or driving a car.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
Common side effects are reported as below. If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: hypersensitivity symptoms such as rash, sleepiness, nausea, constipation, borborygmus, etc.
