性状
深绿色与蓝色粉末，没有异味。在水或甲醇容易难溶，并在丙酮中几乎不溶。
熔点

吸收波长15）被光化学稳定的迅速加上血清蛋白，最大吸收波长偏移到立即从水溶液785nm805nm。在805nm是因为等于吸光度点血液氧合血红蛋白，还原血红蛋白的吸收曲线相交（等色点），只要在此波长测量不受血液中的氧饱和度。

【适应症】的注意事项
使用这种药物前哨淋巴结活检，在例在本试验方法足够的知识和经验的医师下进行，即视为适当。应当指出的是，当选择的情况下，指的是最近的有关准则，等等，进行充分的考虑肿瘤的大小和位点等，这是表示。
用法用量
○肝功能检查
* 在血浆消失率测量和血液保留率测量
作为其量花青绿相当于每0.5mg的稀释至约5毫克/毫升注射用水的体重1kg，逐步静脉注射，同时从肘静脉注意症状在30秒内。
* 在肝血流测量的情况下
它溶解于尽可能注射25毫克如吲哚花青绿尽可能少量的水，稀释到2.5的浓度〜5毫克/毫升的生理盐水溶液，对应于为3mg作为吲哚花青绿的溶液的静脉注射。然后继续静脉内治疗以恒定速率高达0.27〜采血0.49mg/ min的速率为约50分钟结束。
○循环功能测试
根据目的从通常前臂静脉，同时注入吲哚花青绿的从心脏腔室中的溶液的各种血管部位，导致外周静脉的做。每成人一次吲哚花青绿5〜10毫克，即在约1的量〜2毫升，儿童视重量减肥。（见“的原则，本次检查的测量方法”）
○脑血管成像在神经外科的时间
* 通过荧光测量在红外辐射的时间
溶解于注射用水5mL的如吲哚花青绿的25毫克，静脉内施用的通常为0.1〜为0.3mg/公斤。
* 前哨淋巴结的鉴定
在乳腺癌的前哨淋巴结的鉴定，为25mg溶解于注射用水5mL的如吲哚花青绿，其施用适当划分和下面通常5毫升到皮下恶性肿瘤邻近或乳晕一部分。
在恶性黑色素瘤的前哨淋巴结的鉴定，为25mg溶解于注射用水5mL的如吲哚花青绿，施用适当划分和通常1毫升在内的恶性肿瘤附近的几个地方皮肤。
【用法用量】应注意的事项
在一个前哨淋巴结的鉴定，这是这种药物和放射性同位素方法尽可能的理想组合。在那个时候，它是参照的组合使用的药物随附文件上使用。
药效药理
吲哚花青绿，血清蛋白（脂蛋白，白蛋白等）结合，有选择地掺入从血液中肝，无需从肠肝循环和肾任何消除，也可以在胆汁从肝脏排泄它已被证实，血液中的保留率，是适合于由肝功能试验和指示剂稀释法循环功能检查由血浆消失率或肝血流量测量。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is a dye test agent.
It is usually used to identify sentinel lymph nodes (the first lymph node to which cancer cell is likely to spread from the primary tumor) in patients with breast cancer and malignant melanoma.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include shock symptom, nausea, vascular pain, hives and fever. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•numbness of mouth, nausea, chest distress, bloodshot eyes, edema of eyelids [shock, anaphylactoid symptoms]

Storage conditions and other information
•This medicine may cause shock. You should keep quiet in bed such as lying supine until the completion of the examination after injection.
•This medicine may affect the thyroid radioactive iodine uptake test. You should receive the test at intervals of one week or more, if necessary.
