プロナーゼ（pronase）は、放線菌Streptomyces griseusの産生する蛋白分解酵素である。
性状
链霉蛋白酶是一种白色至浅棕色粉末，有轻微异味，味道微苦。
微溶于水，并在乙醇或几乎不溶于乙醚。
水性溶液（1→100）的pH为6.7至8.3。
操作注意事项
警告
药物是容易分散的，过敏症状（打喷嚏，流鼻涕，等）中的大量，因为它可能会引起特别的处理时，期望的是，一般保护采取措施，例如使用掩膜。
药效药理
这种药物是一种蛋白水解酶制剂，溶解通过切割粘液糖蛋白的粘蛋白，它是胃粘液的主要成分的肽键以除去胃粘液。
(1) 降血脂的作用粘液粘度
链霉蛋白酶（10至5000单位/mL）降低粘蛋白粘度浓度和时间依赖性，最适pH为7.0-10.0。
(2) 胃粘液的内镜检查，溶解除去作用
为链霉蛋白酶的胃粘液溶解作用，通过胃镜检查方法调查的使用比格犬，同时在正常的检查方法，和染料撤布法，链霉蛋白酶（0,5,000,20,000单元/体）的结果剂量依赖性通过施用观察秉承胃黏膜表面与胃黏膜图像的可视化状态清晰的粘液量的缓解作用。
(3) 人类的胃粘液的作用降低粘度

检查前15-30分钟，用碳酸氢钠1克一起约在50〜80毫升，口服溶于水2万台为链霉蛋白酶。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is protease which breaks the bond of peptides which are the main components of gastric mucus. It will break down and remove gastric mucus.
It is usually used to lyse and remove gastric mucus in gastroscopy, then it is easily to diagnose using endoscope.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have inner stomach bleeding (blood vomiting/melena).
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, dissolve 0.5 g (20,000 units of the active ingredient) in 50 to 80 mL of water with 1 g of sodium bicarbonate and take it 15 to 30 minutes before gastroscopy. Strictly follow the instructions.
•If you miss a dose, consult with your doctor or nurse before gastroscopy. You should not take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include stomach bleeding. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•respiratory distress, general flushing, edema [shock, anaphylactoid symptoms]
