分子式 C20H26N2O4・HCl 分子量 394.89 性状 白色至淡黄白色结晶或结晶性粉末,不臭,味微苦。 非常易溶于水,易溶于甲醇或乙酸(100),微溶于乙醇(95),和在乙酸酐或乙醚几乎不溶。水性溶液(1→10)的pH值是从4.0至5.0。 熔点 193〜198℃ 分配系数 5.7[pH7.4,1-辛醇/缓冲] 药效药理 1. 作用机序 Ganaton促进通过多巴胺D2受体拮抗作用释放的乙酰胆碱,并且还具有乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制作用,抑制被释放的乙酰胆碱的降解。这些合作行动表明胃肠的蠕动促进作用。 2. 肠胃蠕动激活作用 (1) 胃肠蠕动增强 并以剂量依赖性方式增强胃肠蠕动清醒。 (2) 胃内容物排空增强 加强胃排空功能的影响 3. 呕吐放松 剂量依赖性方式抑制狗的阿朴吗啡诱发的呕吐。 适应病症 慢性胃炎胃肠道症状(腹胀,上腹痛,食欲不振,胃灼热,恶心,呕吐) 用法用量 口服施用之前粗粉被分成每天注射150毫克作为成人伊托必利盐酸盐三次。 此外,这取决于患者的年龄和症状。 包装规格 PTP:100片(10片×10),1000片(10片×100),2100片(21片×100),3000片(10片×300)瓶:1000片

It is usually used to improve gastrointestinal symptoms (abdomen enlarged feeling, upper abdominal pain, loss of appetite, heartburn, nausea and vomiting) in chronic gastritis. Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist •If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines. •If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. •If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.) Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine) •Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>> •In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (50 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, three times a day, before meals. The dosage may be decreased according to the age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions. •If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time. •If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. •Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so. Precautions while taking this medicine • Possible adverse reactions to this medicine The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, redness, itch, diarrhea, abdominal pain, constipation and headache. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets.
