性状
白色结晶或结晶性粉末，有轻微异味。非常易溶于水，乙醇（99.5），而不是几乎在丙酮或乙醚溶解。
此外，它是吸湿性。
适应病症
●改善胃溃疡，十二指肠溃疡，胃炎
●改善肝功能的慢性肝病
用法用量
成人；每天三次，一次25〜75毫克。此外，增加或减少取决于患者的年龄和症状。
药效药量
1. 各种实验性溃疡，对胃粘膜损伤的作用
(1) 实验性溃疡（乙酸，夹紧）以抑制，防止胃粘膜组织粘多糖组分的降解（葡萄糖醛酸酶的活性的β-抑制和N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶的活性）（大鼠）
(2) 实验性溃疡（乙醇，盐酸乙醇，盐酸阿司匹林）抑制胃黏膜损伤。这些效应中的吲哚美辛预处理减少（大鼠）
(3) 为了增加在实验性溃疡的胃血流量（狗）
(4) 提高和保持胃粘膜表面层部的粘液糖蛋白量为乙醇溃疡（大鼠）
(5) 变性的预防切除，上皮再生后胃的残胃粘膜，承认粘液分泌（狗）
2. 肝脏疾病改善作用
(1) 为了提高用四氯化碳肝损伤血清反应胶（鼠）
(2) 在肝酰氯，磷蛋白，改善的RNA代谢四氯化碳失败磷脂（兔）
(3) 在肝脏的降低四氯化碳肝损伤摄入，抑制瞬时激肽原的增加（鼠）
(4) 甲基蛋氨酸锍氯化物具有不稳定-的CH3基团，作为在体内甲基供体，灭活组胺（小鼠）
(5) 从脑磷脂促进卵磷脂的合成（鼠）

Effects of this medicine
This medicine has effects of antiulcer, gastric mucosal protect and hepatic disorder improving.
It is usually used to improve subjective/objective symptoms in patients with gastric/duodenal ulcer or gastritis. It is also used to improve hepatic function in patient with chronic hepatic disease.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, for adults, take 1 to 3 tablets (25 to 75 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, three times a day. The dosage should be adjusted according to your disease, age and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
•If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
•Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include constipation, diarrhea, burping and rash. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
