它是易溶于水，易溶于乙酸（100），微溶于乙醇（99.5）。

药理药效
1. 消化道机能亢进作用
通过由节后副交感神经刺激毒蕈碱作用，增加胃肠的张力和运动，以促进胃液的分泌，
2.输尿管平滑肌的收缩作用
这种药物是人，收缩狗膀胱逼尿肌，并在同一时间的增加的内压，通过减轻膀胱颈，促进排尿作用已被证实。
适应病症
以下疾病只有胃肠功能下降
慢性胃炎
迷走神经切断后，
手术后和分娩后肠麻痹
麻痹性肠梗阻
手术后，由于低渗膀胱，如产后和神经性膀胱（尿潴留）小便困难。
用法与用量
成人：每天为3〜4次口服给药，每次为30〜50毫克。些外，增加或减少取决于患者的年龄和症状。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine stimulates parasympathetic nerves to enhance gastrointestinal motility and prompt gastric acid secretion. It also contracts detrusor muscle of bladder to help urination.
It is usually used to treat chronic gastritis, dysfunction of the digestive tract due to ileus, dysuria after surgery.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rach, etc.) to any medicines.
•If you are a patient with hyperthyroidism, bronchial asthma, obstruction of gastrointestinal tract or bladder, peptic ulcer, coronary artery occlusion, bradycardia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease/syndrome.
•If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, for adults, 0.6 to 1 g (30 to 50 mg of the active ingredient) in 3 to 4 divided doses a day. The dosage should be adjusted according to the disease, age and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
•If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include fever, sweating, flush, abdominal pain, nausea,vomiting, heartburn, diarrhea and palpitation. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, hypersalivation, sweating, bradycardia [cholinergic crisis]

Storage conditions and other information
•Keep out the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
