分子式 C6H14ClNO2S 分子量 199.70 融点 約140℃(分解) 性状 白色结晶或结晶性粉末,有轻微异味。非常易溶于水,乙醇(99.5),而不是几乎在丙酮或乙醚溶解。此外,它是吸湿性的。 2. 硅酸铝镁 性状 白色粉末或颗粒,没有气味和滋味。几乎不溶于水或乙醇(95)。当用稀盐酸10毫升1G的加热,融化居多。 3. 沉淀碳酸钙 性状 白色细结晶粉末,无臭,味。但几乎不溶于水,增加二氧化碳的溶解度存在。乙醇(95)或在乙醚中几乎不溶。熔体鼓泡向稀醋酸,稀盐酸或稀硝酸。 4. 碳酸镁 性状 白色松脆块状物或粉末,没有异味。水,乙醇(95),不几乎在1-丙醇或乙醚溶解。熔化稀盐酸鼓泡。饱和水溶液呈碱性。 有效成分 1克氯化物50毫克,铝酸镁400毫克,在甲基蛋氨酸锍沉淀碳酸钙200毫克,含有碳酸镁150毫克。 适应病症 改善胃溃疡,十二指肠溃疡,胃炎 用法用量 每日3次,通常成人一次1.0-1.5-2.5克口服给药。此外,增加或减少取决于患者的年龄和症状。 药效药理 1. 甲基甲硫氨酸锍氯化物各种实验溃疡,对胃粘膜损伤的作用 (1) 实验性溃疡(乙酸,夹紧)以抑制,防止胃粘膜组织粘多糖组分降解(大鼠(葡萄糖醛酸酶的活性和N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶的活性的β-抑制)。 (2) 实验性溃疡(乙醇,盐酸乙醇,盐酸阿司匹林)抑制胃黏膜损伤。这些效应中的吲哚美辛预处理减少(大鼠)。 (3) 为了增加在实验性溃疡的胃血流量(狗) (4) 提高和保持胃粘膜表面层部的粘液糖蛋白量为乙醇溃疡(大鼠) (5) 变性的预防切除,上皮再生后胃的残胃粘膜,承认粘液分泌(狗) 2. 掺合的甲基甲硫氨酸锍氯化物和意义镁沉淀碳酸钙 - 碳酸镁硅铝酸 为了抑制实验性溃疡,由抗酸配方协同效应被发现(鼠) 包装规格 1. 混合酸 1kg 2. 混合酸 1克×1050包

It is usually used to improve subjective/objective symptoms in patients with gastric/duodenal ulcer or gastritis. Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist •If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine. If you are a patient with hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism. If you are receiving dialysis. •If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. •If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.) Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine) •Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>> •General dosage regimen: For adults, take 1.0-1.5 g at a time, three times a day. The dosage should be adjusted according to your disease, age and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist. •Take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT take double doses to make up for the missed dose. •If you took too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist. •Do not stop taking the medicine without the instructions of your doctor. Precautions while taking this medicine •Pay attention that combined use the medicine with milk and dairy product may cause intensify the side effects such as hypercalcemia.
