成份
本品主要成份为：吡硫翁锌。
性状
本品在耐压容器中的药液为微黄色混悬液，揿压阀门药液即呈雾粒喷出。
药理毒理
吡硫翁锌能有效抑制表皮角脘细胞的过度增殖，并能抑制皮脂过度分泌，有抑菌作用，可减轻皮损处的炎性反应，缓解皮损处的瘙痒及疼痛。
急性毒性试验显示，口服本品LD50大鼠为170-200mg/kg，小鼠为300mg/kg。
药代动力学
本品几乎不经皮吸收，因此未能测定动物体内药代动力学参数。
适应症
银屑病，脂溢性皮炎，皮脂溢出及其它鳞屑性皮肤病。
用法用量
使用前用力振摇，喷洒时手持喷雾器正对皮损处15厘米，尽量保持喷雾器头向上的垂直位置。喷洒量以薄层药液覆盖皮损区为度。每日在皮损区使用2-3次，一次喷洒1-3秒钟（视皮损大小而定），用量相当于1ml气雾剂溶液，在症状消失后继续治疗1周左右。
不良反应
可能发生过敏反应。
禁忌
已知对本品中任一成分过敏者。
注意事项
-避免与眼睛接触，若发生此情况，应马上用大量冷水冲洗。
-意外吞下可致中毒，出现恶心、呕吐及贫血，若发生此情况应立即洗胃并服用盐类泻药。
孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药
由于本品几乎不经皮吸收，故孕期及哺乳期妇女可以使用。
儿童用药
婴幼儿使用需经医生同意。
老年患者用药
迄今未见老年患者使用本品后出现不良效应的报告。
药物相互作用
迄今未发现本品与其他药物之间发生的相互作用。
药物过量
迄今未有本品过量症状报告。
