药理作用:双氯芬酸钠是一种衍生于苯乙酸类的非甾体消炎镇痛药,其作用机理为抑制环氧化酶活性,从而阻断花生四烯酸向前列腺素的转化。同时,它也能促进花生四烯酸与甘油三脂结合,降低细胞内游离的花生四烯酸浓度,而间接抑制白三烯的合成。双氯芬酸钠是非甾体消炎药中作用较强的一种,它对前列腺素合成的抑制作用强于阿司匹林和消炎痛等。 适应症
适用于类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎的症状缓解。 用法用量
根据疼痛部位大小,用本品2—4克,涂于患处,并轻轻摩擦,每日3—4次,每日总量不超过30克。 任何疑问,请遵医嘱! 不良反应
(1) 偶出现局部不良反应:过敏性或非过敏性皮炎,如丘疹、皮肤发红、水肿、瘙痒、小水泡、大水泡或鳞屑。 (2) 局部使用本品而导致全身不良反应的情况较少见,如将其用于较大范围皮肤并长期使用,则可能出现一般性皮疹、过敏性反应(如哮喘发作、血管神经性水肿、光过敏等)。 禁忌症
(1) 对本品及其他非甾体类抗炎药过敏者禁用。 (2) 对丙二醇过敏者禁用。 注意事项
(1) 本品仅用于完整皮肤,不用于皮肤损伤部位。 (2) 勿与眼睛及黏膜接触。 (3) 本品仅供外用,切勿入口。 (4) 由于局部应用也可导致吸收,须严格按照说明书规定剂量使用,避免长期大面积使用。 (5) 如使用本品出现过敏或使用一周后,局部疼痛未缓解,请咨询医师。 (6) 本品形状发生改变时禁止使用。 (7) 儿童必须在家长监护下使用。 (8) 请将此药放在儿童不能接触的地方。 孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药
在动物致畸研究中,给小鼠用药量至人局部用量的5000倍(20mg/kg/day),大鼠和兔用至2500倍(10mg/kg/day),均未发现致畸作用,尽管这些量已经达到对母体和胎儿产生毒性。大鼠母体对双氯芬酸钠的毒性表现为难产,妊娠延长,胎儿体重、生长和成活率下降。已经显示,双氯芬酸钠可透过大鼠和小鼠的胎盘屏障。但目前尚无在人体的研究报告,因此孕妇应慎用。 药物相互作用

Solaraze Description This medicine is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat actinic keratoses. This condition is commonly associated with frequent sun exposure, which subsequently results in sun damaged skin. It is important to treat actinic keratoses early, as it may progress to more serious skin conditions. This medication comes in a gel form which is applied to the affected area.
Solaraze Directions Use this medicine as per the instructions of your doctor. Directions to use: 1. Wash and completely dry affected area. 2. Gently rub the medicine into the skin until it is evenly distributed. Do not bandage or wrap the affected area unless directed otherwise by your doctor. 3. Wash your hands immediately after using this medicine, unless your hands are part of the treated area. If you miss a dose, apply this as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take your next scheduled dose. Do not use two doses at once. Do not apply more than your prescribed dosage. Store this medicine at room temperature away from heat and light.
Solaraze Cautions Do not apply this gel to open wounds, infections or damaged skin. Avoid getting this medicine into your eyes. Do not use any other skin products (lotions, sunscreens, cosmetics etc) on the treated area without consulting your doctor. It may take up to 3 or 4 weeks for you to notice an improvement in your symptoms. Do not stop using this product without consulting your doctor, even if your symptoms have cleared up. This medicine may cause an increased sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid tanning beds, sunlamps and prolonged sun exposure. If you will be outside for prolonged periods, wear protective clothing and remain in the shade as much as possible. For women who wish to become pregnant, please discuss the risks of using this medicine during pregnancy with your doctor. This medicine should not be used in the third trimester (final 3 months of pregnancy). Do not breast feed while using this medicine.
Solaraze Side Effects Patients may experience minor skin irritation that usually subsides with treatment. Symptoms include dry skin, redness, itching or scaly patches. If these do improve, or get worse, check with your doctor. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following: open sores on the skin (ulcers), eye redness or swelling (conjunctivitis), stomach pain, muscle pain, trouble breathing, or swelling. If you experience difficulty breathing; tightness of chest; swelling of eyelids, face, or lips; or if you develop a rash or hives, contact your doctor immediately.
