Composition
Each vial contains 4 or15 IU of recombinant human growth hormone (somatropin).
Indication
Short stature due to GHD
Short stature due to Turner syndrome
Short stature caused by chronic renal insufficiency
Replacement therapy in adults with GH deficiency of either childhood- or adult-onset etiology (confirmed by an appropriate GH stimulation test)

Dosage and Administration
1. Short stature due to an inadequate secretion of endogenous growth hormone (Growth Hormone Deficeincy, GHD): 0.5~0.6 IU/kg/week or 12 IU/㎡ body surface area/weak in 3 ~ 6 divided doses weekly by SC
2. Short stature caused by Turner syndrome: 1 IU/kg in 6 ~ 7 divided doses weekly by SC or IM
3. Short stature caused by chronic renal insufficiency: 0.15 IU per kg of body weight per day is given by subcutaneous injection.
4. Short stature in children born Small for Gestational Age (SGA): 0.48 mg/kg/week is given devided into 6 ~ 7 subcutaneous injections.
5. Replacement therapy in adults with GH deficiency of either childhood- or adult-onset etiology (confirmed by an appropriate GH stimulation test): The recommended dosage at the start of therapy is 0.125IU (0.04mg)/kg/wk, divided into 6 ~ 7 injections. The dose may be increased according to individual patient requirements to a maximum of 0.25 IU (0.08mg)/kg/wk.
