【功效主治】 用于治疗室上性心率失常。
【药理作用】
盐酸吡西卡尼（原料、片、注射液）属于Ic类抗心率失常药，用于治疗室上性心率失常。临床试验表明，本品对室上性早搏、室性早搏、阵发性房颤、房扑均有明显改善。
【用法用量】 口服：100mg/日。
【注意事项】 吡西卡尼[SUN1165 ,(N-2,6二甲基苯基-8-双稠吡咯-乙酰胺盐酸盐,含1/2结晶水)]为一口服有效的Ⅰc类抗心律失常药，适用于室性或室上性心律失常,特别用于其他抗心律失常药无效或不能耐受的室性心动过速的治疗。很少引起中枢神经系统不良反应和抗胆碱效应。本品由日本第一制药厂研发，1991年上市。

With the blocking action on Na channel, this medicine controls the cardiac conduction abnormalities and improve the symptoms of arrhythmia.
It is usually used to treat tachycardiac arrhythmia.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
If you are a patient with congestive heart failure, atrioventricular block, or sinoatrial block.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
General dosage regimen: For adults, take 2 capsules (50mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day. The dose may be adjusted according to your age and symptoms. If symptoms are severe or if the dose is insufficient, the dose may be increased up to 9
capsules (225mg) a day. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
Take the missed dose as soon as possible.
If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
If you took too much of this medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine without the instructions of your doctor.
Possible adverse effects of this medicine
Common side effects are reported as below.
If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: discomfort in the chest, gastric pain, dry mouth, headache, rash, dizziness, nausea.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse effects indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
palpitation, shortness of breath, dizziness[ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, sinus arrest, complete atrioventricular block, syncope]
yellowing of the skin/white of eyes, general dullness, loss of appetite[liver dysfunction]

Storage conditions and other information
Keep out the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them. Ask your pharmacist how to discard.
