性 状 本产品是白色结晶粉末,以淡黄白色。 N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和溶于乙酸(100)很容易微溶,稍少溶于甲醇,乙腈,乙醇(95)或微溶于乙酸酐,和极微溶于乙醚,和几乎不溶于水。 N的产物N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液(1→30)示出了没有旋光性。 融 点 186〜190℃ 药理作用 本品系丙酸衍生物,为非甾体类抗炎镇痛药,主要能抑制前列腺素的生物合成而发挥解热、镇痛、抗炎作用。本品对家兔发热的抑制作用比吲哚美辛、布洛芬、阿司匹林更强,而对正常体温几乎没有任何影响;在脂多糖(LPS)引起家兔发热的实验中,使用糖浆剂进行口服给药,其解热作用呈剂量依赖性。此外,动物实验还表明,本品的镇痛作用较布洛芬及阿司匹林强。 适应症 外眼及眼前部的对症治疗(眼睑炎、结膜炎、角膜炎、巩膜炎、浅层巩膜炎、虹膜睫状体炎、术后炎症)。 滴眼:每次1~2滴,每日4次。根据症状可以适当增减次数 包装规格 5ml*1瓶

It is usually used in relieving symptoms of inflammatory diseases in external and anterior eye such as blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis, and postoperative inflammation. Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine. If you are wearing contact lenses. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects.
