本品は淡黄色の結晶性の粉末である。
本品は水に溶けやすく、メタノールに溶けにくく、エタノール（99.5）に極めて溶けにくい。
本品は水酸化カリウム試液に溶ける。

【适应症】过敏性结膜炎，春季卡他性结膜炎。
【用法用量】通常，1次1滴，1天2次（早、晚）滴眼。
【不良反应】在共计4424病例中有50例（1.13%）出现了不良反应。主要的不良反应为眼刺激感16件（0.36%），眼睑炎12件（0.27%），眼部分泌物7件（0.16%），结膜充血6件（0.14%），眼睑痛痒感5件（0.11%）等（第4次安全性定期报告）。一旦出现这些不良反应时应采取停药等适当的处置。
【禁忌】无。
【注意事项】
1、给药途径：仅用于滴眼。
2、使用时：
1）滴眼时如眼药粘到眼睑皮肤等处时，请马上擦去。
2）为了防止污染药液，滴眼时注意不要使溶器的瓶口与眼接触。
【孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药】对孕妇及可能妊娠的妇女，只能在判断其治疗的有益性高于危险性时才可使用（有关妊娠期间用药的安全性尚未确定）。
【儿童用药】对早产儿，新生儿，婴儿用药的安全性尚未确定（无使用经验）。
【老年患者用药】尚不明确。
【药物相互作用】尚不明确。
【贮藏】密闭，室温保存。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine lessens allergic symptoms such as itch and bloodshot by suppressing liberation of histamine and so on.
It is usually used to treat allergic conjunctivitis or spring catarrh (vernal conjunctivitis).
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
If you wear contact lenses.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is << to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, Apply 1 drop at a time, 2 times a day (morning and evening). Strictly follow the instructions.
•Before using, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and running water. Pull down your lower eyelid so that the dropper tip does not touch eye or eyelashes. After dropping the solution into your eye, do not blink, and keep your eyes closed for a while. Wipe off any excess liquid with a clean gauze or tissue. If you need to use other eye drops at the same time, wait more than 5 minutes.
•If you miss a dose, apply as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular applying schedule. You should never use two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse effects of this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include blepharitis (erosion of eyelids), stinging/bloodshot/itchy eyes and eye mucus. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmucist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse effects indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
