Rebohorinato氟尿嘧啶联合静脉滴注治疗大肠癌 (1) 成人:一次100毫克体表面积/平方米以上一个周期2小时注射一次输注静脉作为Rebohorinato的。静脉注射400毫克/平方米(体表面积),为氟尿嘧啶,进一步为600mg/ m2的过(体表面积),22小时的连续输注作为氟尿嘧啶结束之后立即点滴静脉注射的Rebohorinato。这是连续两天进行,每2周重复。 (2) 成人:一次250毫克体表面积/平方米以上一个周期2小时注射一次输注静脉作为Rebohorinato的。立即Rebohorinato输注静脉注射端至2600mg/平方米(体表面积)中24小时连续输注作为氟尿嘧啶之后。经过反复六次每星期,两个星期的休息。 (3) 成人:一次200毫克体表面积/平方米以上一个周期2小时注射一次输注静脉作为Rebohorinato的。点滴静脉注射Rebohorinato静脉注射400毫克/平方米(体表面积),为氟尿嘧啶,进一步2400-3000毫克/平方米(体表面积),以46小时的连续输注作为氟尿嘧啶结束之后立即。这是每两周重复。 应当指出的是,年龄,要正确使用,由于患者的状况。 5. It is usually used in the treatment of gastric cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer. It is also used for esophageal cancer, lung cancer, head and neck cancer and pancreatic cancer difficult to be removed by surgery in combination therapy with other drugs or radiation. Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist •If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines. If you have: myelosuppression, hepatic dysfunction, renal dysfunction, infection. If you have heart disease or a history of it. If you have gastrointestinal ulcer or haemorrhage, or varicella (chickenpox). •If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. •If you are taking any other medicinal products. Precautions while taking this medicine •Possible adverse reactions to this medicine The most commonly reported adverse reactions include loss of appetite, diarrhea, loose stool, general malaise, nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, pigmentation, alopecia, rash, degeneration of artery wall around catheter tip and thrombus formation. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets.
