用法用量
每天口服一次0.2mg给药。应当指出的是，增加或减少取决于患者的年龄，症状。
药效药理
盐酸坦索罗辛是肾上腺素α1-受体的选择性阻断剂。 α1-拮抗受体刺激作用，但是基于α1-受体阻断尿道平滑肌的作用尿道缓和排尿困难的改善作用是临床上可用。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine relaxes peripheral vessels of lower urinary tract and reduces urethral pressure by blocking α1 receptors in the urethra and prostate to improve urination disorder.
It is usually used to treat urination disorder accompanied with prostatic hyperplasia.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is <<to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, for adults, take 2 capsules (0.2 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once a day after a meal. The dosage may be adjusted according to your age and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
•Take this medicine without chewing or opening capsules since it is a sustained-release preparation.
•If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
•This medicine may cause dizziness, etc. Be aware of operating in potentially hazardous activities such as driving a car and working at heights.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include dizziness, light headedness, itch, rash, hives and gastric discomfort. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
•transient loss of consciousness due to decreased blood pressure [faint/unconsciousness]
•malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes [liver dysfunction, jaundice]

•Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
